Started with an online inquiry. Salesperson Candase followed up with me and made an appointment. Follow through was friendly and at the appointment, we made a deal. They had the right vehicle at the right price, even though I had been contacted by two other dealers. Candaae and crew sealed the deal and I drove away a happy customer!
I would like to say that Chris Joshua made the purchase of my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid a pleasant experience. I was in town from Houston visiting family for Thanksgiving and I was on a tight deadline to purchase a vehicle. Chris came through in a big way. I was looking to purchase a new Ford Fusion Hybrid and there wasn???t one on the lot. So, Chris tracked one down for me and had it shipped to the dealership. He had it ready for me to pick up before I had to return back to Houston.

First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
