Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
I felt from the first phone call I was dealing with a straight shooter , and I was right . Kevin could not have been more honest or accommodating. A hard thing to find at any car dealership anymore. In the future I’ll be living in NC but would check 905’s inventory before anyone .

I have a 2013 Ford Focus Manuel trans. Great little car. Not many bells and wises but my favorite part is the cloth hearted seats!! So nice!!
Salesman was very informative and honest, he made us feel completely at ease with the whole process. A pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking for a good used vehicle.

I love my Focus; bought it new. It gets great gas mileage and has plenty of pep (stick shift). I have about 180,000 miles on it and have just had normal maintenance done on it. But, I'm seeing a lot of rust on it and am not happy with that. It seems to be an all around problem with Fords--so I will not buy another Ford again. Going to look at Honda's instead.
Everyone was really nice. The buying process was very easy, and low key. I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD from Matt, and It was agreat experience. I recommend Morgan Auto in Manheim to everyone in the market for a pre-ownes vehicle. Thanks again.

Great little car, good on gas, reliable, made my life easy knowing I didn’t have to worry about my car breaking down all the time.
I'm driving my 4th new Ford Escape purchased in the last 12 years, and all four Ford Escapes have been purchased through sales rep Dan Behmer. Dan's customer service skills are outstanding, and when I return to Whitmoyer Auto Group for my next Ford Escape, it will be because of the amazing service I receive from this dealership and especially, Dan Behmer.

Awesome service like always. Friendly staff. Waiting area is a very comfortable place to wait. Several tv's for customers to watch different things if need be.

on 1st turn of key it will not start.. do 2-3 times, then starts.
sometimes the heater blower does not work- hit a bump then it works. this not good for up north weather. gets good milage though! think a recall should be done for that ignition problem though!
Great buying experience, Jared and Josh were very helpful during the buying process. A few days after purchasing the vehicle we figured out It had a cracked exhaust manifold, I was told the vehicle warranty would not cover for the repair but weavers covered it for me without a problem... thanks guys!

Great car for a first car. It was very reliable and i never had a large repair on it. Would recommend to anyone for inner city commuting.

Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
Thanks to Zach Harpin and his dealership I was looking to buy a truck but they didn't have any on there lots that I wanted. They were able to find 1 in the auction with the options I gave them, definitely made the experience a lot easier with A++ customer service

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
At my recent experience with this dealer ship I received excellent customer service. My salesman, Zach Harpin, was very friendly, knowledgeable and just did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to my friends and family.

Kick xxx interior , really impressed the gas mpg seems to be right on with msmpg so thats a plus touch screen is big and easy , heat get super hot! lol just a joy to drive!
Zach knew I wanted a Jeep Wrangler and quickly found me one that fitted my budget and style. He made the whole process easy and within a few days of letting him know what I was looking for, I was leaving the dealership with my new Jeep! Great experience!

The car met all my needs like backup camera, Stylish feature like Sunroof/Moonroof, Gas Saver more miles per gallon. Bluetooth, Rear defrost, Power windows are added advantages.
Appointment was a good experience and work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous.
Not for me, but is a great vehicle!

For me, this vehicle was too small. However, my son owns his 3rd one, and my friend is on her 5th one, and they love them. The car is reliable, practical. I needed a little more space than what it had. Ride was smoother than I expected. I had no problems or hesitations with it. Great little car.
I had a great experience working with Rod and Mitch. I'd definitely come back to these guys again. I can't wait to put the top down and cruise!!!

My Focus has proven to be a very reliable and comfortable car. Unfortunately, Ford messed up the transmissions in some 2014 cars and this was one of them...Al Packer Ford took care of the problem and everything seems good so far...it's been over a year and 40,000 miles.
Overall I have been very happy with my 2014 Focus...total miles is now 140,000+ and there's many more to come!
While I was in there the they gave me very good deals and Rod Booth said that I got the best deal on the lot.

I bought this vehicle brand new off the showroom floor in 2000.
I owned an Escort prior to this and had no problems with it.
I had to drive the California freeways so I decided to trade up (or so I thought) to a Focus ZX3.
At 13k miles, I hear a grinding noise when applying the brakes. Took it into dealer and told the brake pads were shot.
From there, it was one recall or repair after another.
I could count on having to fix my brakes annually. The motor mounts went at 45k miles.
Mechanics told me at the time they were seeing a slew of Focus models coming in with brake problems. There was a design flaw in the car which caused the pads to wear quickly so before you knew it, you were metal on metal.
I called Ford corporate in Dearborn. They firmly denied a brake problem.
They couldn’t deny it for too long as a class action lawsuit was launched against Ford for the brake design flaw in 2000 & 2001 models. Accidents and costly repairs were the result of this design flaw. The lawsuit was settled a few years later.
Since I had sunk so much $ into this piece of crap car, I drove it into the ground - kept it 8.5 years. Let me tell you though...the experience soured me so much on Ford and its cars...I will never own a Ford again.
I doubt this car has improved in the years since.
Stay away from Focus - highly unreliable car.
