Newest Car I've ever owned

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
Tyler was not pushy at all. He asked what i was looking for and he found it at another dealership. I???m loving my new Tucson!!

Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
I have spent a lot of time in dealerships. This was the first time that I felt different about my buying experience. Their professional client advisors helped with the process and made it not only easy, but fun. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to do business with Heritage. Great experience!!! Their approach to doing business is unmatched. Can't wait to send people their way!!!
First and Great Car

First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
This place was awesome we went in for the sale on tires and they didn't have what we needed so they gave us a deal on brand new tires. They worked with us to make sure we was happy and everyone there was so great to work with . We even had them put tire on my husbands truck that we bought somewhere else .

Great car for a first car. It was very reliable and i never had a large repair on it. Would recommend to anyone for inner city commuting.
The experience was fantastic!!! I have had experiences from other dealers that make me feel like I am not the decision maker. It was such the opposite at Heritage in Logan. I was treated with respect and they found me exactly what I wanted. No hassle, No Pressure. I really loved their approach to selling me a new car. Awesome people...

I love my Focus; bought it new. It gets great gas mileage and has plenty of pep (stick shift). I have about 180,000 miles on it and have just had normal maintenance done on it. But, I'm seeing a lot of rust on it and am not happy with that. It seems to be an all around problem with Fords--so I will not buy another Ford again. Going to look at Honda's instead.
I went to Rich's a few times to look at cars. The first impression I got wasn't great. As I wandered around I saw several cars with flat tires and I felt like I couldn't trust them to sell me a reliable vehicle. Over the course of the past week I started looking online for cars I wanted to test drive. All of them were at Rich's. I broke down and decided to go check them out and give them another try. I am so happy I did. Jake, our sells representative, approached myself and my fiance and we honestly told him we wanted to look but weren't eager to jump into a vehicle. He didn't hover and make us feel pressured into anything on the lot. He let us test drive multiple vehicles and we left to discuss what we did and did not like. We came back the very next day to purchase our vehicle. If the last experience was my first I would give this place 5 stars easy. The paperwork was easy, the customer service was amazing and overall experience was great. Also I felt very comfortable in the environment and felt like I was treated with respect. Thank you so much for such a great, stress free car buying experience. You guys are wonderful!
4 years solid vehicle

I was in need of something to get me to work and back and this thing far exceeded my expectations for a little front wheel drive sedan. I had it from 135k to 175k miles and the only non routine maintenance I had to do was the alternator. Pretty solid vehicle if you ask me.
Every time I am at Wilson buying a car or having it serviced it is like family. Their service is always spot on. Every single time.
Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
Very helpful sales and finance persons. Kaden went out of his way to help us cancel part of the sale contract even tho we had already signed it.Jake was very helpful showing us how to use the features of the car. All in all one of the better car buying experiences we have had.
Fuel Efficient and fun

The car is stylish and, not to mention, my favorite color (Charcoal Gray). It’s roomy for a small vehicle and the trunk is nice and deep. Fuel efficiency is amazing. Handling is excellent!
Despite some hiccups to get scheduled, Matt and Jesse were professionals and helped me to get my car in for service, which was performed to their usual standards.

The car does very well on gas as a daily driver, but if you want to have more fun sport mode really allows the car to handle and accelerate very well. The car is also very roomy and comfortable. I only regret buying one earlier

I maintained this vehicle with OEM parts and performed regular maintenance as recommended throughout its entire life which has summed over $7,500 in expenses so far. This is a standard transmission in which the thermostat has broken twice, rear parking brake clinoid leaked, return spring for the clutch broke, front suspension arms and wheel knuckle pair replaced. And that's just the start. Components are cheap, prone to rust, wear out easily, and require constant maintenance. The majority of the repairs were performed by myself. If you see a ton of YouTube videos over things like replacing a heater core which is usually out of the ordinary, then avoid it. Thanks to this car, I have about $3,000 in my own automotive tools on top of the repairs.
I’ve used Crumps for my service and repair for more than 25 years. It just makes sense to purchase my new truck through the team as well.
