This was the most positive car buying experience I've had. Found the vehicle and emailed Don to get some info. Was able to take it home overnight so my husband could see it. Went in and was able to accept their first offer on trade and car price. Straight forward, fair and NO Haggling. Didn't feel any pressure to buy, all my questions were answered and everyone was so nice. Would highly recommend buying here!
I recently bought my suv form Cassill and they made the whole experience great! We had bought a car from a different dealership and it was an awful experience and the car was a piece of work! But Don made the whole experience great! He called us whenever a car came in that we might like, he went on lots of test drive in both awful hot and rainy! And finally he helped us find the suv we wanted! And we love our Ford Edge! I will add that we were in a minor car accident shortly after buying the car and we received a couple different phone calls from cassill members making sure we were okay! Such a great place!
The salesman was great and worked with us. The problem came up when we were told that a specific problem was fixed and it had not been. They promised someone would call me to talk about it but they did not. They could have been more forthcoming.
Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.

I put these guys through hell along and never did they get disrespectful with me over the 6 days leading up to me buying my Challenger Scat and Shacker 392. They gave my a great deal, and beat my banks APR when it came to sing for the loan. I will be a long term customer now.
Pretty much can't say enough good about these guys! I'd been shopping for a used Jeep Commander for a week or two near my hometown of Minneapolis, MN. I looked at a couple and they both had issues. I broadened my search and found one for sale from 391. I explained that I was interested and would drive down from Minneapolis to buy it if it passed an inspection. Before the inspection, Prentice took more detailed photos of every little issue and sent them to me. Then he personally drove the car to third party shop for inspection. It checked out great except for two issues that 391 repaired at NO COST TO ME. We had already agreed on a price if it passed inspection, so they just fixed that stuff and didn't increase the price. I drove down the next morning, and after a test drive, and 5 minutes of paperwork, I left with the car at the agreed-upon price. I've had it for a few weeks now and absolutely no surprises. The price was lower than all the others I was looking at, and the vehicle is in better condition. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, I'm actually going to call down there first! It's well worth the drive for someone you can trust, and an unbeatable price!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I saw several vehicles of interest in their inventory on Facebook Marketplace and drove an hour to see and test drive three different vehicles. I did not call ahead, but was instantly greeted and allowed to set my own agenda and test drive all three vehicles. The salesman, Kevin, was very accommodating and helpful with no pressure at any point. Once I identified the vehicle I preferred, I found them to be forthright and fair in negotiating the price, including my trade in. From there, their Finance Manager, Kai, was very helpful in completing the paperwork and accommodating our schedule. I had a five star experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.
Very polite guy there very helpful was willing to work with us all the vehicles there seemed pretty nice we bought a Tahoe that's in great shape I think I might go back to get me a truck.....I don't understand why I seen complaints on here against the place cause we had a great experience for first time buyers from a dealer
2 phone calls and 1 meeting...and the vehicle showed up. Exactly what we wanted...but with more options. Spent a great deal of time going over all the "features"... Why go anywhere else?!!! Beyond great service!
