I went in looking for a used Cadillac Escalade that I seen online. The whole buying process was ok. The only problem I have was that part of the deal, I was promised that the remote starter would work. I brought it home to find out that it still don’t work.

Rich Burdich was the salesman that helped me through the whole process, and it was a PROCESS. I'm from a different state but Falveys was in possession of a sportscar with the exact specs that I wanted, so I made the trip, and it was well worth the miles.
I would have definetly buy another vehicle from Falveys, but only if they happen to get a wicked Shelby, or Ford haha! Thanks again Mr. Burdich, look forward to doing business in the future!
The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process took several months and they were patient with me and always had they had the answers to all my questions. Overall they made it a very pleasant experience.
We just got our second Subaru from Premier. This is the best dealership anywhere; we drove 3 hours from the north shore of Boston to do business with them. We would not go anywhere else. The process -- from application to picking up the new vehicle -- was a completely positive one.
Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Tasca was great to work with. I visited back in September when they had a promotion going and Jen Robey was so patient with me. Unfortunately I did not find anything I was in love with so I did not buy anything but once I was ready to make a decision I went back 2 months later and Jen was just as kind and helpful as the prior visit. My husband and I went in to Middletown Nissan to see a 2017 Infiniti QX70 that was on Cars.com. I was apprehensive because my car that I owned was still fairly new and in excellent condition but have always loved the QX70 so went to see. Needless to say, we left with the car.
The process was very relaxed. Our Sales Representative, Kaylen Torres was very helpful and did not push at all knowing I was struggling with the decision to trade in my car. During the buying process, we were asked what they could do for us to finalize the decision of buying the new car. Honestly, that was the first time I have experienced that at a car dealership.

I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Colby showed me the new Flex with the eco-boost engine and I was sold. No high pressure sales, just great service.
Buying cars from a dealership has always been a painful experience. I always hated the delays, the salesman that would sell you anything and the general feeling these firms could care less about you as a customer. As a result, I have never felt any loyalty towards a particular dealership and just looked around until I found something wherever I happened to be. That changed last November when a friend recommended Lucas Ford. Living near Riverhead, I passed a half dozen different dealerships on my way to Southold (two of which I had purchased from before). I was amazed at the level of service and quite frankly the feeling of trust which I developed during my first visit and I purchased a vehicle on that visit. Unfortunately my other car developed a severe problem which left me with thousands of dollars of repairs on a car which still owed two years of payments. I went to Lucas and they really helped me out of a bad situation with a great vehicle, warranty and affordable payments. I worked with the same sales person but was surprised when Howard Lucas the owner became personally involved. When I came back a couple of days later to pick up my purchase, the tires on the used vehicle had all been replaced free of charge. This was the first time I have ever been a repeat customer at a dealership and I have no planes to ever go anywhere else. This was really a great experience.
I asked 3 dealers for Internet pricing on a 2014 Ford Escape. Bob Thomas Ford had the best price, responded quickly and had an excellent follow up process. The overall buying experience was hassle-free.
My husband and I were looking for a used car. We found some cars on the Brandfon Honda website and spoke with Kristen. She had the cars ready for us to test drive the same day. We were greeted by Grandell as soon as we arrived. We met with Kristen briefly and Grandell took us for a test drive in each of the cars. He was patient, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. We purchased a car the same day. It was the most efficient, hassle free purchase I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this dealership and our salesman Grandell! It was our first time buying from Brandfon Honda and we would definitely buy from them again in the future.
