Service department is outstanding, clearly five stars. On an absolute scale, the buying process was only 2 stars, but I gave them 4 by comparison with my experiences buying cars at other dealers -- which would rate -5 stars! I bought my Lincoln MKZ hybrid there 5 years ago, and have used them for service throughout, so I have significant experience. I've been buying cars for 50 years, so also have a lot to compare with.

We went to buy a car One week ago to this dealer. Our experience at the dealership was good and great.The Sales Manager Mr. TAMEEM ALTAMEEMI welcomed us with a pleasent smile. He was a gentle man talented and Humble. He described everything openly about the car (Pros and Cons) . Finally we struck a great deal, he was the person who made the deal successful. Actually we thought we would not be able to to buy the car. He went to his superiors and got the deal done. I appreciate his service and thank him.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Coming from someone who is in the customer service field I truly appreciate and honor quality customer service. My situation was not a easy one by any means but (Scott) was able to get me the JEEP of my dreams at a affordable price with convenient monthly payments that are within my planned budget! We had an excellent car buying experience with Jeff Frigard at Livermore Ford. We were looking for an Explorer and Jeff thoughtfully walked us through the various models and features. Jeff also took the time to explain and demonstrate the vehicle's many features. Once we knew what we wanted, Jeff went out of his way to find a vehicle with the color and all of the options we were looking for. Jeff made sure we got the Explorer that we wanted and that all of our questions had been answered - and he knows the answers!! It was such a pleasure working with such an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager. Livermore Ford is also a great place to buy a car.
