Adeeb was so understanding! They asked me what I wanted and found me the exact car and the exact package and even helped me understand how to sink my phone and an app with the new car. Everyone was so lovely but Adeeb was so patient with me and gave me a wonderful deal!
My check engine light came on and I called Kia immediately, they told me to come in and they would fit me in and see what the issue was. Well they were fantastic, they found out the issue and took care of me quickly, efficiently and with professionalism. Had my trade appraised, a good deal on a used Prius V, plus financing and paperwork finished in under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Chris Elam was my salesmen. Chris was able to answer all my questions(many via text before I arrived), and guide me through the steps. I’ve now purchased 4 Hybrid Prius vehicles and 1 preowned Tundra from John Roberts and have had nothing but great experiences out of the sales department. Additionally I have had most of my service work done there and they always have good coffee and great service.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.

After three days of car shopping, I was tired of dealing with salesmen and just tired in general . . . wound up pulling in to this lot just a little over an hour before they closed with very little hope . . . It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I got a really great deal on a car I love!!
Ask for Rex! He did everything he could to give me everything I asked for!! All promises were delivered!! And even stayed late to make sure of it!!
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
I saw a car on cars.com that was for sale at Murfreesboro Nissan at 9:00 on a Fri night and emailed to see if it was still available. I got a call from them at 830 the next morning saying it was and I made an appt to come in. The car was exactly what I have been looking for and the price was better than I had seen elsewhere. The salesman Donnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and after I drove it I was ready to buy. I did not feel pressured and was able to get the exact car I wanted for a good price. It was worth the drive to Murfreesboro from Nashville!
Great experience, nice facility, helpful staff and thorough examination of my vehicle. Went in to get the airbag recall replacement completed. I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I???ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don???t get everything fixed immediately.
