Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Looking for a used car and under pressure to find one quickly, Internal Auto Outlet's helpful and patient sales staff listened as we tried several cars (we'd seen on the website). They didn't add to the pressure. Adam made narrowing suggestions and we tried them until finally we landed a great car at a great price.

this car is a very good first car for a teenager and as a teenager whos first car is this car i think im qualified to say that. its good on gas, has plenty of speed, and has a pretty great sound system for just a stock sound system

I would recommend looking at the car fax and having the car checked out by a mechanic. My grandson bought a 2014 Honda from them 5 years ago and has had no problems and still has the car. It had a minor wreck but everything checked out and was a good buying experience. Now my granddaughter is looking for a car and I have no problem recommending them.

My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Looking over the reviews I had a good laugh, majority of the people rating 1-2 stars and complaining CLEARLY did not do their research, did not look up CARFAX nor most likely knew anything about cars. If your going to buy a used vehicle you should do YOUR OWN research for one, for two ALWAYS avoid any vehicle with no car fax. I went to look at a few vehicles here at unlimited auto but BEFORE I even reached out to them I did my own research, made sure each vehicle I was interested in had an up to date CARFAX on it and I had general-more then general knowledge on vehicle make and model and model year. When I had arrived, the nicest and most honest sales representative ( im horrible with names and forget) came out as soon as I got out of car. Since I had already done my own research I knew exactly which vehicles I was interested in and wanting to look at. My first tow options, the salesman quickly told me exactly what was wrong with them, what damage they had and advised me to look at my other options I had picked out. I test drove each one and if I came back and said I wasn’t really feeling it he moved on and helped me find the next vehicle. After finding one that I loved and wanted to move on to next step with, he again let me know the run down on vehicle which nothing major at all, and told me the next step would be ME MYSELF taking it to MY OWN mechanic to look over vehicle and make sure everything looked good which I’ll be doing that today. I disagree with every negative comment/review left on this dealer. Not only Was the manager quick to contact me back about the vehicles I was interested in and getting me pre approved, but my overall experience so far has been great and plan on purchasing vehicle as soon as my mechanic gives me the ok. My advice, DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY BAD/NEGATIVE reviews or even the good ones, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND GO ON CARFAX TO LOOK AT EACH VEHICLES MAINTENANCE/REPAIR/ACCIDENT HISTORY before even contacting them or going up there, not only that but get a basic knowledge of the make model & year your interested in, look to see if they have any world wide known issues and if they are overall a good vehicle to purchase.

I love this car, the only exception is the transmission. The clutches jerk hard, only once in a while. It mainly jerks when someone besides me drives and only occasionally with me. Overall, I love this car!

Quinn was the best very… patient and understanding I explained to her that I need a family vehicle to accommodate me and my four boys to soccer practice basketball tennis and track an enough trunk space to hold their equipment and she gave me exactly what I needed if u looking for a car go to quinn

I bought my 2017 Ford Focus SE 1.0L Manual New and only had minor issues with it it that was covered under warranty. only issues I had was the PVC needed to be replaced and the CV Axle seals. The Focus rode great, I ended up getting 45+ miles per gallons using 93 octane fuel and a pedal enhancer, made a world of a difference. She was a peppy little car. I loved the Black interior, the seat were fairly comfortable. I ended up trading it for a small SUV for more room because my son was growing so fast and needed more leg room for him. I regretted getting rid of it and just should have kept for my commute to work.

i bought my Chevy Silverado over 2 years ago from these guys. they were very nice and help full, ive had no issues with my truck since ive owed it. i would definitely buy from them again. Same as any used Car Dealership, its up to you to look the car over your interested in. Cars usually come from Auctions and the dealer doesn't Know history. They do A CarFax. I had no issues with these guys.

I own a 2013 manual Se model it has been a great car 35 miles a gallon. Love it and mad that Ford stopped making them..

Anthony Metcalf is the best car salesman I ever dealt with. I bought a 2023 Sonata from him a few weeks ago and he was so helpful. He did not pressure me on upgrades. He let me drive 2 or 3 cars without hesitation. He took my interest seriously. Earlier that day, I went to Columbia Hyundai and drove 2 cars and the salesman did not even attempt to sell me the car. I said I wanted to pay cash and that I was interested in the $750 off deal that expired the following day. He was not aware of offer. When I inquired about the $1500 coating that was listed on the window sticker, he said there was nothing he could do about that or the other $4000 of upgrades. He did not ask his manager. None of these charges were applied at your dealership. I felt that Anthony treated me seriously and with respect and was eager to find a car that met my expectations and needs. I will seek Anthony out the next time I need a car! I have told all my friends, who are thinking about getting a new vehicle, to go to Anthony.

Bought the vehicle after Ford replaced the transmission due to the known transmission issue with these and it has worked like a dream. I cannot recommend this car enough. It has been reliable, dependable and easy to maintain.

I am reviewing for the 2016 Ford Focus S.E. with hatchback. Engine performance, pick-up, and MPG are excellent! The car overall is an excellent choice. I have had very few mechanical problems with it. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY THIS CAR THE TRANSMISSION IS GOOD. I made the mistake of buying it when the transmission was bad! Ford doesn't know how to make good transmissions for the Focus. DO NOT set MyKey! It WILL cause problems! Even with the dealer key I didn't see the MyKey option after I had set it once, and I had to completely delete MyKey from the system altogether using my computer. The remote start battery wears out quickly! You can only remote start it a few times before it goes out. I recommend this car, but DO NOT try to let someone sell it to you with a bad transmission, before or after the test drive!

I recommend this car if you get it in a standard shift, I'm on my second focus and both were standard shift, the second one is an st and is awsome the first one was a 2013 se with a 5 speed standard and had no problems with either one, my wife's 2018 se has an automatic and so far has bine very reliable!

I just purchased a 2015 Kia soul from CarTrader LLC and I haven’t had a more smooth experience with purchasing a car! The dealer was very knowledgeable and they do their best to help you leave with a car of YOUR choice instead of pressuring you into a sale. The choice I made ended up being better than I figured, no issues and the first lot to not have lights on the dash of every car! Definitely would recommend checking them out.

This car is exactly what i needed when i limped my old ponitac into the dealer. Unlike my previous car this one is great on gas. It handles smoothly in my opinion. THe only downside i can think of is the trunk is small. even with the seats down in the sedan like i got.

I've had this car for a while and not once have I had any issues. the transition problem is a known thing for the automatic version, but I drive the manual Ford Focus and I definitely recommend it

This is the second 2009 Ford focus SE that I’ve owned. The first one had 147,000 miles on it with nothing needed but regular items. Tires, battery, regular oil changes at 5000 mile intervals and never used any oil between changes. If I kept my foot out of it, I got 38 to 41 miles mpg, if I pushed it I still got 35 at 80 mph. This one has 79,000 miles on it and I have not done anything but tires. It’s nearly as clean as off the showroom floor, as I keep my cars clean. I am very happy with this car. Depreciation is so low now, insurance is low, no payments with interest, make this an exceptionally cheap car to own. Reability has been second to none for me. Highly recommended but very hard to find a nice one with a regular maintenance performed and no rust. You can’t go wrong with the value of this car, great commuter car or for a new teenage driver. It’s rated safe. It’s also very comfortable to drive for a whole day.

Stopped in for minor service, Craig B. My service advisor was great. The whole service department was exceptional. Came for oil change, got oil and filter, rotated my tires, and fixed a recall. About an hour. Nice waiting room and great coffee. Walked thru showroom and sales associates were very helpful answering questions about my 2022 Jeep Gladiator.

The only thing I would say in gear 1 get vibration sudder like going up a hill ask the Mechanic to check it he says it’s like a vibration sudder not sure if this is what there meant to be like he said it’s fine apart from that no problem apart from need to sort the clutch

Was lucky enough to buy a used one with a religious service record and the DCT issues repaired and it's fantastic. Great gas mileage, roomy up front, nice features, stellar looking exterior, handles like a dream and sticks to the road. Did have the common EVAP purge issue a week after having it, but that was a cheap fix.

This generation of Focus is a very good buy. They are a long lasting car, I have done oil changes 15k-20k miles. My car is currently sitting at 298k miles on its original engine and transmission. It has had routine repairs like wheel bearings, a fuel pump, an engine mount and quite a few tires. If you’re looking for a cheap reliable car, you don’t need a Honda, you need this Ford Focus.

Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!

I purchased this car used in 2015 or so. Drove it for a few years and sold it when I got a truck...fast forward to 2022 and gas prices are sky high so when I had the opportunity to buy it back for what I sold it for, I jumped on it. It's got dings and dents and wear, but it gets me from point a to point b and gets me between 28 and 45mpg depending on how I drive it! I used to get over 40mpg driving from Indiana down south with it. It has needed very little mantainence other than tires and oil changes. I've replaced the alternator once and it's due for an idler pulley and tie rod end links, but these are to be expected at 173,000 miles. They aren't power houses, but enough power to zip through daily traffic without danger. I'm not especially easy on it either...they have no issue shifting at 6500rpm (keeps the carbon blown out.) As a side note: these were the first run of the 2.0 ztech with a timing chain vs the earlier timing belts... If you can find a rust free one that's been maintained, you can drive the wheels off of it and it will save you money on gas!

Bought my 2007 in 2011 and still driving it today (April 2023) with over 265,000 miles. Thought about trading it in in 2022 the Lord said keep driving it and I will take care of your next vehicle just like I have the last two.
