Excellent Customer Service From Salesman Paul Barnes!

I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. I will be buying vehicles from him as long as he is in the business.
This was my first visit to Feel Good Motors.I saw the vehicle I purchased on the internet.I was in the area shopping and stopped for a look.The staff was super friendly.It was an easy deal with no pressure from the owner or staff.I would recommend anyone to check them out.
My car's piece that sends the signal of gas to the engine was malfunctioning and I was stuck on the side of the highway. I called Barber's and they took me in immediately. They ran all the diagnostics and found nothing and sent me on my way. One city block away the same thing happened and when I called they took the car in and gave me a loaner until they determined and fixed the problem. The only problem I have is that I believe there should be separate loaners for smokers and non-smokers because I drenched the car in Febreze and it did very little good, and I am sensitive to smoke.
The men that assist you in the Service Department are above and beyond. They are both friendly and helpful when you are in waiting at the Service Department. You are greeted with a smile and never ignored. Hats off to Barber Ford Service Department....the best I have known....
Had annual service and oil change, rotation of tires and recall issue taken care of. Everything was fine, but, did take longer than I was told. Wish it was cheaper, but, overall, I was satisfied with my experience.
Heather the service manager was very attentive to our needs and ensured our truck was worked on promptly so we would have it available for a planned trip. Alex in service was also very helpful and a key player in making sure a rental vehicle was available while our truck was being fixed.
I offered up a 4% profit deal on a recent trade in. Declined. Should have been a slam dunk easy deal. They would not budge off their 12% profit margin because they just took it in. Bummer. The sales staff was polite and Briana even texted pictures to me. She's great. The sales manager just wouldn't budge. I've never before had a dealership turn down a $1000 profit deal. Not mad about it, just an honest review.

I couldn't be happier! Bob is so friendly and efficient! Normally i dislike going to buy a car but this dealership is so friendly and courteous, i will only shop here. Thank you Bob, you are great at what you do.
Dave went above and beyond to ensure the service experience was a positive one. He was very informative and communicative during the entire repair. The repair was significant and took longer than expected. Dave made arrangements for a loaner car so I would not be inconvenienced. Thank you Dave!
Lori Thomas made our buying experience at Coccia seamless and exceptional. She took the time to show us multiple vehicles and treated us le we were the only customer there. This was our first time at Coccia but will not be the last. Highly recommend Lori and team.
We discussed why Mitsubishi oil changes are better than other vendors & it gave me even more confidence in this team. I have gone to this place before for services and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend.
