Best Service dept I have ever worked with. My wife or I have no worries as the Service Dept call, leaves text whatever needed to keep our car on the road. We just have to tell them where the car is for oil changes, etc...and they come get it and take care of everything.

I bought a new Ford in 2013 from Holiday Ford. So when I was looking for a new Chevrolet I thought I would check the website and see if they had what I was looking for. We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
My Explorer had contaminated fuel. Everyone in the Service Dept treated me as if I we their only Customer. The Service writer Jason Weaver patiently took my daily phone calls and was very pleasant to work with. The Service Manager, David Pryor, and the Shop Foreman, Ben Aukes, took the time to meet with my husband and I and the gas station's investigator to explain to him how the fuel seriously damaged my vehicle. Most dealerships would have just repaired my vehicle, took my money and let this be my problem. Bob Utter took great care of me and my vehicle.
I went car shopping a month ago. I hate car shopping but Damian was awesome. Knowledgable and no- pressure. He made the experience tolerable and that’s a major accomplishment because I hate car shopping.
We drove from Mississippi to get my expedition because the price was so great. Augie and Joe were absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks Augie for answering my million questions :)
Found a used truck online at this Ford dealership, called and spoke with Casey. He was all over it. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I get it, salesmen are out to make money selling cars...But I have to say that Casey made me feel like the most important person that he spoke to that day. Listened to my situation and went to work for me based upon the information that I voiced important to me. I left the dealership that same day with the truck that I found on their website. Very happy and satisfied customer!
