Great buy! Mike Andersen was so unlike the stereotypical car salesman. We stopped by to look and had 20 min, he introduced-asked wants/needs, and did some homework for us... we came back a couple days later when I had more time after emailing my top 3 vehicles, he had them curbside and ready for us to look- we drove and loved. He hung back to give us space. Very good at reading his customer. I finally decided (Mike was so patient, he was so concerned about me making the best choice for the perfect balance of loving it/budget/long-term/practicality). Ultimately, I love my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and Mike Andersen was like hanging with a friend while we made our big purchase. Thanks Mike for making it easy while we got a great deal and got in and out quickly.

Peppy little car. Fun to drive around the town. Plenty of leg room for me 6 ' 4" and 280 lbs, but a bit of a twist to get into. Would not recommend for anyone commuting to work over 25 miles each way.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. We are nearing the end of a 3 year lease on a 2014 Ford Focus Electric. It has been a trouble free second car that is great for 50 miles per charge even in January in Michigan (the heater reduces driving range); much longer in summer (A/C less taxing on range). A full charge is easily obtained overnight on 110 Volt plug. I look to get a 2017 Focus electric as replacement, it has improved range and charge times.

My boyfriend I just purchased this Ford Focus after doing a lot of research on electric cars. We had purchased the Nissan Leaf a year ago but unfortunately got into a bad accident which left us having to find an alternative. Thankfully, we decided to do some more research and came across this car! Thank goodness we did because we are absolutely over the moon with it. Wonderful looking car exterior and interior. Rides so smoothly, acceleration on the car is excellent and had more features than the Nissan leaf. It can go around 70-85 per range and now a days with many public places installing charging stations makes it more conveinient to charge when running errands, etc.

I knew exactly what I was looking for. I started my search on CarGurus. I found a 2016 Jeep Rubicon at Wholesale Inc. I filled out the deal arrangement on their website for my trade and purchase of the Jeep. The next morning a Wholesale sales representative (Dylan Adams) text me about my inquiry. He informed me that the Jeep I wanted had been sold already. But, he said he could find me just about anything I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and within an hour we worked out a deal on a 2018 Rubicon for a great price. I did 90% of my dealings through text and only spent an hour at the dealership. If I could give this dealership a six star rating, I truly would do so. My salesperson was Vanessa Vermette, and I have a several buying experiences now here at Pat Milliken Ford that I would like to share. Eight months ago, I bought my very first truck used from the dealership. It was a 2014 F150 King Ranch, and with the help of my mom as a co-signer, I drove off the lot happy as ever in my Ford Certified pickup truck. I used this F150 as my daily driver, but I realized over time that having a truck equipped for max towing didn???t make sense with all the extra money I was spending on gasoline while having nothing to tow. I absolutely love the King Ranch, and I plan on getting another one in the future; nevertheless, I decided in the last week that it was more practical to lease an newer XLT to save money on my payment and on gas. Now I knew I would have negative equity by getting out of a used truck so early, so I shopped around various Ford dealerships to get the best value for my trade. I went to Suburban Ford, and they completely tried to rip me off???they said my loaded King Ranch was only worth 27,000. I walked out the door when they came back with that number on top of saying that I could lease the 2018 Special Edition XLT that I wanted for 200 dollars more a month than what I was currently paying. All I said to them was ???absolutely not.??? Tom Holzer Ford gave me a more reasonable appraisal for my King Ranch, but the Special Edition XLT that I wanted was not even in stock. Keep in mind that I was going from a King Ranch to an XLT; the Special Edition was a must-have for me, because I still wanted a pickup truck that had that ???wow factor???. Finally, I came to the dealership that gave me my first chance with buying my King Ranch. I was only 20 at the time, so getting approved credit-wise for such a nice truck was a big deal to me. I told Vanessa???s partner (Vanessa was still on vacation at the time) about my situation and that I wanted to lease a 2018 Special Edition XLT that they had on the lot. David let me drive the new truck while they appraised my King Ranch. I came back to hear that, contrary to ???all??? that Suburban Ford could do for me, Pat Milliken gave me 31,000 for my truck, 4,000 dollars more than Suburban???s rip-off appraisal. It was also music to my ears that David said that I my payment would be LESS than what I was currently paying. So without hesitation, David put it on hold for me, and Vanessa helped me with the rest of the leasing process two days later. So at the end of the day, I went from a rather gas-thirsty 2014 King Ranch with a 3.5 Ecoboost to a more fuel efficient 2018 XLT Special Edition with a 2.7 Ecoboost to use as my daily driver for the next three years as a lease. And better yet, because of paying for the King Ranch on my own for the past eight months, I got approved this time around without a co-signer. With both times that I???ve been there, Vanessa as well as the financing managers made the process of buying a truck easy and hassle-free. Never again will I go to any other dealer but Pat Milliken Ford; for all the reasons posted above, they are nothing less than the best Ford dealership around. I will be a customer for life, and hopefully my story will be convincing to others who read it and are on the fence about giving Pat Milliken a shot. Go there and experience their outstanding customer service; they are family-owned and truly care about their customers and clientele. Vanessa will get you into the vehicle that you want at a price you can afford, and even if you don???t work with Vanessa, I know this is true for the rest of the salespeople at Pat Milliken Ford.

We searched for three weeks and finally settled on a F150 located here in Temecula at Gosch Ford. Met up with Michael, our rep, who was extremely laid back and personable. He walked us through the lot and explained the different trim and features. We found the stock # we were looking for and proceeded to be taken through a completely digital signing process. From the point we determined we were going to buy, it was only 20 minutes to get through financing with Stewart - a true professional. We enjoyed how quick and pain free the process was. Excellent customer service with the added bonus of having great attention to needs and requirements. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love the car, handles great and has great pick up. The Ford sync features are excellent tools for hand free driving. The Ford App lets me monitor the charging of my car throughout the day and even allows me to control the charging during the day to use the lowest voltage rate.

I had a problem with my remote starter, after the Techs. did their trouble scooting they found out that because I had installed a custom hood that there is a safety sensor that wasn't being engaged when the hood was down. The team had to customize the hood to engage the sensor when the hood is down. Very grateful for a job well done.

The 2016 Focus Electric is rated for 75 miles per charge, I have been averaging 90-95 per charge! I have had the car about 3 months. I am single and live alone so the small trunk space is not an issue for me.

Having been retired for 15 years, I noticed that my daily driving routine is limited to shorter trips with less range. So I decided to try an electric car and give my granddaughter my Mercedes SL. The Ford is so comfortable, fitted with technology so well, and so suited to driving around town that I do not miss the convertible at all. It has been extremely reliable and not having gas or any maintenance has been a real plus. The mileage range goes between 75 and 110 depending upon how the car is driven. I do keep a Mercedes sedan as a road car for long trips. But find the electric car extremely practical for daily use.

I really love this car. I drive it to work everyday and can charge it every other day. I’m in Los Angeles and drive highways and streets into Hollywood. I’ve even driven down from Pasadena to Orange County. When there’s tons of traffic it’s pretty easy to get there and then charge. I have a Tesla p100d as well and for practical ness the Ford is unassuming and gets me to work without any pretense. No majors problems. A few recalls but it was all covered. Bought mine with 800 miles on it from Galpin and it came with lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Not sure if it covers the battery. Pretty respectable real world local range. Trunk space is hindered by battery but that’s why I have other cars to haul stuff.

On Thursday, Sept 14th, I called Tyler Toler at Toyota Marin to talk about me possibly purchasing a new car. I had purchased a a car from Tyler about 2 years ago and based on my previous experience,I knew that he would take good care of me. We talked about my options and what cars were available in my price range , Because he had all of my information from my previous purchase , he asked me to email him a few things pertaining to my current car(which I would be trading in),then he promptly emailed me the specs for the potential options, I made a decision, and we were on our way to finalizing my car purchase within an hour or so. We decided to talk the following afternoon.I called him on Friday, very excited about my brand new car. Because I have a very busy schedule, I told Tyler that I'd probably be able to come in on that Saturday or Sunday to finalize everything, and then something I wasn't ready for. happened ; Tyler says "Why don't I have the car delivered to you, TODAY (From Marin to the East Bay,in midday traffic, no less) ??? !!!! I was in shock !! I knew that Toyota Marin provided exemplary customer service , but this was above and beyond anything that I had anticipated. Tyler said he would have Ren Briones drive my car to me and take the old one back. A couple of hours later, Ren was calling me from in front of my apartment complex !!!! The great service continued. Ren, assisted me in cleaning out my old car and transferring all of my things into the new one ! He said that anything that I did't want to leave it in the car and he would dispose of it for me. He the went over all of the amenities that my new car had and showed me how to set things up. we then signed all the documents and it was a done deal. I am now The proud, happy and completely satisfied owner of a brand new 2017 Toyota RAV4 SE !!!!! And I absolutely love it. On a scale of 1 to 10 ,I would give both Tyler and Ren a 1 million for not just doing their jobs but for going out of their way to make me feel like I was their #1 customer. They were both gracious and beyond nice. Sufice it to say, I will be buying my new car at Toyota Marin. Thanks Tyler and Ren. You guys are Awesome.

I bought this car based on my positive experience of my 2014 Focus gas. The 2012 Focus EV that I purchased for $9500 had just come off a lease and had just over 20,000 miles. Needless to say the price I paid was about a quarter of the MSRP and made it a geat value. Other than one recall for faulty door latches I have had no mechanical problems in the 10 months I have owned the car. Pros: At my electricity rates where I live I can easily charge my car for less than a dollar and under the right conditions can go 70 plus miles. One of the reasons I chose this car over the Versa was the exterior styling of the car. To me it has a sleeker appearance than the Versa, but this is matter of opinion. The front seating is comfortable and the controls are easy to reach. The car has very good 0-60mph pick up and I have never struggled merging into traffic. The car handles well, but has a wider turning radius the my Focus gas. I don't know if this is because of changes between the 2012-2014 models or because of the diffrerence in weight distribution between the gas and electric models. The SYNC entertainment system took some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's an O.K. system. Cons: First let me say I live in a moderately rural area in N.C. . To give you an idea of my drive I am in the mountains and am 12 miles from my local city of 10,000 people. Some of my cons would not be pertinent to someone that lives in a big city or in a year long warm climate. On a full charge during warm months I can reasonably expect to go about 70 miles on a full charge. The A/C seems to have little impact on that mileage. When the temperature drops below 50F, the mileage takes a substantial hit by an estimated 10% for every 10 degrees, and using the heat adds probably another 5% drop. For that reason when it gets cold I normally find myself using my the gas Focus and if I do drive the EV I turn the heater on and off when the car gets a little warm inside to try to extend the mileage. This makes for a much more uncomfortable drive. One reason I might choose a Versa over the Focus would be that this car seems to be a gas car that they yanked the gas motor out and put an electric motor in, and not designed from the ground up as an EV like the Versa. My driveway is gravel and about 1/3 mile long. It is pretty level except for about 200' that has a moderate grade. My gas Focus never had any problems on this grade, but the EV tires would slip and spin telling me this car is rear heavy. A Versa owner nearby at my request drove up my driveway and had no problems. I finally had to put paved runners up this section to assist my E.V. at a substantial cost. The battery takes up a very large portion of the rear of this hatch so this might be something you need to explore. The back seat is very cramped for adults but would probably be fine for young children. This car has the worst low beam headlights I have ever used. Somehow Ford has defied physics and managed to stop light rays at about 50 feet. It is almost pitch dark about 50 feet in front in dark conditions. My local Ford dealer says the lights are not adjustable.This might not be a problem if you live in a well lite city. On the flip side this car has the best high beams of any car I have ever owned. Driving down my local backroads I am constantly having to switch between high and low beams as I come across appoaching traffic. Summary: I hope it doesn't sound like I am unhappy about purchasing this car because I am not. Most of the complaints I have would not be a problem if I lived in a big city. This is my first EV and don't forsee myself ever not having one unless a cheaper fuel source comes along or electricity rates go crazy. You do have to plan some of your trips and in my rural location I could not make it only with this vehicle. If you live in a similar location / climate as me and don't have access to a gas vehicle I would definitely recommend you look at a hybrid or one of the new lon

Initially I did a general inquiry Keith called to follow up, so I looked online to see other people's reviews of their experiences (note they are consistently outstanding.) spoke to Keith for maybe 15 minutes over the course of a Day or 2 emailed some information then went in to see what he had for me. I got to the dealership to find that Keith and Jay had already worked out 99% of the details I just had to test drive the car to make sure I liked it! Which I did!:) The next morning I went back to sign and give my downpayment, since my income was a bit higher than they thought keith, Jay, and Robert all tried to get me a better interest against all odds... I had never learned/ cared or paid attention to my credit and didn't realized the importance of good credit until recently. Keith genuinely has a passion for taking the opportunity of purchasing a car as setting them up for sincere success and laying it all out giving them the building blocks to improve what ever their situation might be, Jay did everything in his power to implement that plan and modify anything he thought could help. Then came Robert who also definitely uses his power for good, he will get to know you and your situation the whys and why nots that he believes will help him do his job to the best of his ability, you can tell he cares about what he does. Finally Gary, Gary walked me through step by step of my paperwork answered all my questions and even reviewed stuff that I didn't ask about but that are common questions. Very thorough and patient you can tell he likes what he does as well! Even the people I didn't personally encounter but could watch at work while waiting here and there they were all nice, genuine customer service and enjoyed their work! I have referred people to them, I will go back to get my next vehicle from them( when I live in Santa Rosa/ work in Novato so I pass 2 more on my way home! Do not get me wrong I believe in toyota to have great employees at all locations I just felt after reading reviews Keith was best to help me in my situation!) so if you're looking for a car and a wonderful experience I recommend toyota!
No more gas stations

Imagine driving by gas stations and waving instead of stopping. That's me, now that I own an Electric Focus. And, there are many places with free electricity in Sacramento, including my employer. In the Bay Area, I have access to the carpool lane even when driving solo because it comes with the "clean-air sticker." If I run the air conditioning, I get 70 miles; otherwise, I get closer to 90 miles per charge. Overall, I love my Ford Focus Electric.

Great commuter car

I loved owning this car. In addition to reducing the gas bill and my carbon footprint, it required almost no maintenance, had great acceleration, was comfortable, and got me back and forth to work (32 miles roundtrip) twice on a single charge. The storage space is limited by the battery, but for a simple commuter car that's not much of a concern. The only reason I recently parted ways with this vehicle was that I moved to the mountains, about 100 miles away from the nearest Ford dealership approved to work on EV's. I got a "Stop Safely Now" message on the car, which would disable the vehicle once it came to a stop. The local Ford dealer wouldn't even look at the car, so I was forced to tow it to the nearest dealer with an EV technician. The car didn't have the range to make it there, even if it was safe to drive, and Ford would only reimburse me for the first $100 of a tow. So eventually I bit the bullet, paid big bucks, and got the Focus down to a dealer that replaced the high voltage battery cable, and fixed the problem. But because of the logistics, it ended up being too much hassle to own this car away from a metro area with a qualified dealership. So my suggestion to prospective buyers: make sure you live near an approved Ford dealership that works on EV's, get the extended warranty that covers the drive train and electrical system, and make sure you can install a 240V electrical outlet at your home for fast charging on the car. If you can check off all those things, and have a commute less than about 70 miles roundtrip, do not hesitate to buy this vehicle. For around $10k it's a steal!!!
