I bought this car based on my positive experience of my 2014 Focus gas. The 2012 Focus EV that I purchased for $9500 had just come off a lease and had just over 20,000 miles. Needless to say the price I paid was about a quarter of the MSRP and made it a geat value. Other than one recall for faulty door latches I have had no mechanical problems in the 10 months I have owned the car. Pros: At my electricity rates where I live I can easily charge my car for less than a dollar and under the right conditions can go 70 plus miles. One of the reasons I chose this car over the Versa was the exterior styling of the car. To me it has a sleeker appearance than the Versa, but this is matter of opinion. The front seating is comfortable and the controls are easy to reach. The car has very good 0-60mph pick up and I have never struggled merging into traffic. The car handles well, but has a wider turning radius the my Focus gas. I don't know if this is because of changes between the 2012-2014 models or because of the diffrerence in weight distribution between the gas and electric models. The SYNC entertainment system took some getting used to, but once you figure it out, it's an O.K. system. Cons: First let me say I live in a moderately rural area in N.C. . To give you an idea of my drive I am in the mountains and am 12 miles from my local city of 10,000 people. Some of my cons would not be pertinent to someone that lives in a big city or in a year long warm climate. On a full charge during warm months I can reasonably expect to go about 70 miles on a full charge. The A/C seems to have little impact on that mileage. When the temperature drops below 50F, the mileage takes a substantial hit by an estimated 10% for every 10 degrees, and using the heat adds probably another 5% drop. For that reason when it gets cold I normally find myself using my the gas Focus and if I do drive the EV I turn the heater on and off when the car gets a little warm inside to try to extend the mileage. This makes for a much more uncomfortable drive. One reason I might choose a Versa over the Focus would be that this car seems to be a gas car that they yanked the gas motor out and put an electric motor in, and not designed from the ground up as an EV like the Versa. My driveway is gravel and about 1/3 mile long. It is pretty level except for about 200' that has a moderate grade. My gas Focus never had any problems on this grade, but the EV tires would slip and spin telling me this car is rear heavy. A Versa owner nearby at my request drove up my driveway and had no problems. I finally had to put paved runners up this section to assist my E.V. at a substantial cost. The battery takes up a very large portion of the rear of this hatch so this might be something you need to explore. The back seat is very cramped for adults but would probably be fine for young children. This car has the worst low beam headlights I have ever used. Somehow Ford has defied physics and managed to stop light rays at about 50 feet. It is almost pitch dark about 50 feet in front in dark conditions. My local Ford dealer says the lights are not adjustable.This might not be a problem if you live in a well lite city. On the flip side this car has the best high beams of any car I have ever owned. Driving down my local backroads I am constantly having to switch between high and low beams as I come across appoaching traffic. Summary: I hope it doesn't sound like I am unhappy about purchasing this car because I am not. Most of the complaints I have would not be a problem if I lived in a big city. This is my first EV and don't forsee myself ever not having one unless a cheaper fuel source comes along or electricity rates go crazy. You do have to plan some of your trips and in my rural location I could not make it only with this vehicle. If you live in a similar location / climate as me and don't have access to a gas vehicle I would definitely recommend you look at a hybrid or one of the new lon

Finding a car you are interested in is only part of the ordeal of buying a car. First you research, then test drive, re-evaluate and hopefully you eventually purchase. Jacob at Action Auto was/is the ONLY sales rep who ever replied to ANY inquiry about any vehicle over the course of a month. I even did LIVE chats online with other dealerships and they couldn't even tell me if the car was still available on the lot. Jacob and I emailed back and forth answering my questions, etc.. He stayed after hours to meet my husband and I who were traveling from another county- and we were interested in seeing a particular vehicle. He was helpful, friendly and informative. We appreciated him going the extra mile with us. Also, we appreciated him actually responding to our online inquiries- that has made all the difference!

This car is perfect for me! I drive 4 miles each way to and from work and I charge the car once a week. I get roughly 90-95 miles per charge!!

Corvette Sales Associate Christian Wheelan is a tremendous asset to Don Mealey Chevrolet/ Clermont. He was extremely patient, very accommodating and knowledgeable taking his time to make sure I was comfortable with all the options on my second brand new vehicle since my first ride which was a 1960 Chevy Impala 2- door hardtop (used)with 23k on the dial. My second car was the 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo ordered brand new back in the day when you could purchase a car for a dollar a pound! This will make # 6 on my list of cars since I started driving at age 16. I have been a ??? Bow Tie??? Chevy guy since day one. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Imagine driving by gas stations and waving instead of stopping. That's me, now that I own an Electric Focus. And, there are many places with free electricity in Sacramento, including my employer. In the Bay Area, I have access to the carpool lane even when driving solo because it comes with the "clean-air sticker." If I run the air conditioning, I get 70 miles; otherwise, I get closer to 90 miles per charge. Overall, I love my Ford Focus Electric.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I really love this car. I drive it to work everyday and can charge it every other day. I’m in Los Angeles and drive highways and streets into Hollywood. I’ve even driven down from Pasadena to Orange County. When there’s tons of traffic it’s pretty easy to get there and then charge. I have a Tesla p100d as well and for practical ness the Ford is unassuming and gets me to work without any pretense. No majors problems. A few recalls but it was all covered. Bought mine with 800 miles on it from Galpin and it came with lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Not sure if it covers the battery. Pretty respectable real world local range. Trunk space is hindered by battery but that’s why I have other cars to haul stuff.

Great second car

We are nearing the end of a 3 year lease on a 2014 Ford Focus Electric. It has been a trouble free second car that is great for 50 miles per charge even in January in Michigan (the heater reduces driving range); much longer in summer (A/C less taxing on range). A full charge is easily obtained overnight on 110 Volt plug. I look to get a 2017 Focus electric as replacement, it has improved range and charge times.

Ford's best kept secret

I love my new Ford Focus EV. I test drove one back in 2012 and liked it better than the Nissan Leaf. It has a more attractive inside, felt more solid than the Leaf and looks better on the outside as well. I recently bought a used 2012 for half the price of new. I don't know why Ford doesn't market this car more aggressively, it's highly competitive with any EV out there. That's another reason why I chose it above the Leaf - I want folks to know it exists!

Hi my name is Nikki I was at Off Lease Only Yesterday And I purchased my Nissan Altima 2017car.my salesperson person was Matt. He's a very nice guy very ambitious. I was between Toyota Camry or Nissan Altima car. the minute I saw Nissan Altima I was in love instantly I said sign me up the good thing that I love about Matt is the fact that he's not only a salesperson he's there to help me with what I want I went to a lot of dealership and all they care about was making the sale and pushing things on me😡 even though I didn't really like those car, but when I went to Off Lease Only I did not have that feelings he listen to my needs he listen to my concern he know I was in a budget and I wasn't planning on going over my budget and a next good thing he said to me was if you're going to get the car you have to make sure you're really like the car because you're going to be making payment for the next five to six years and when you're making that payment you have to feel good in yourself that you made the right decision don't get the car to please me get a car to please yourself because at the end of the day I want you to be happy I want you to be satisfied with the decision you make and he was right 😘. Because most sales person only care about making a sale he did not push anything on me or force me to get something that he know I wasn't comfortable with. That was very nice very, very respectful I love that I feel very happy with the decision I make I love my car and I'm going to be happy making the payment for the next 6 years because guess what it's in my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for thank you Matt for helping me make the right decision all the best. And also the finance person Robert was also great he told me about the benefit of having gap insurance and also buying additional warranty and I was pleased.

Peppy little car. Fun to drive around the town. Plenty of leg room for me 6 ' 4" and 280 lbs, but a bit of a twist to get into. Would not recommend for anyone commuting to work over 25 miles each way.

The 2016 Focus Electric is rated for 75 miles per charge, I have been averaging 90-95 per charge! I have had the car about 3 months. I am single and live alone so the small trunk space is not an issue for me.

I had my rear driver's door and my wipers(re-call) fixed in this place. I would say starting with the service consultant, Josh, was very friendly and welcoming. The place looks clean and organized. WIFI!!! is one of the reasons i loved this place.

My 2011 F150 was done on time, on one of the worse snow days we have had in the Portland area in the past 30 years. 12" accumulation overnight while my rig was there. The dealer was closed the following day and who would expect otherwise. My own company that I work for is a very service oriented company and we were also closed out of consideration for our employees and the practicality of the situation. The next day with massive snow on the ground, Landmark was open at 7:30AM when I called and when I showed up at 10:30AM to get my truck they had dug it out of their secure storage and sitting in the pickup area warming up and waiting to go home! My bill was not unsubstantial as it is a high mileage truck (200,000 mile service, water pump, brakes and some other stuff) but they gave me a senior discount which was approximately 6% by my reckoning. On a wild weather day, the staff there was happy and I think genuinely having a great time. I could see working there myself if I wasn't thinking about retirement in a couple of years! Since I had my 1993 Thunderbird I have brought my various Ford vehicles to Landmark. The money you pay for the service you receive and the quality of work is more than fair. I have owned five new Ford vehicles which have all been serviced at Landmark. All went (very high) miles with minimal trouble with two being passed down to family members who got many years of service out of them. I attribute the longevity of my vehicles in no small part to Landmark's superior service. You will see me rating some folks below with five stars. This is not BS folks, this is for real :-) Thanks Folks!

Great Customer Service! I really felt like the staff was there to help me get out of my situation not sell me for their benefit ( I was upside down making payments on my Chevy Cruz) UNTIL I went to Niello. I left the lot that day VERY excited with me brand new Tiguan. It runs great! very clean facility, awesome staff, fast service, very helpful. Definitely no complaints at all.

I love the car, handles great and has great pick up. The Ford sync features are excellent tools for hand free driving. The Ford App lets me monitor the charging of my car throughout the day and even allows me to control the charging during the day to use the lowest voltage rate.
