My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.

The car I purchased was 2016 Z06/7; I had been shopping for several months to find the right value/ price. When I saw the car on EBay I immediately knew the price was right but my conscience wouldn't allow me to spend that kind of $ without seeing the car in person first. We took a drive from Wisconsin, the car looked as good as described and their inventory of high end automobiles was top notch. The sales person I dealt with (Eric) was a true car guy not a car salesman, there is a difference. Before agreeing on a price Eric introduced me to the owner (Parin) and gave me and my wife a tour of their inventory. In performance terms some of their stuff is really "over the top". Overall I feel I received a better than fair price & had great experience working with knowledgeable people.

This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! My Ford Focus RS has exceeded my expectations in every way. It handles great and has no turbo lag. It drives more like a N/A car and has great torque through the RPM range. This was a perfect transition from my Subaru WRX hatchback. The Focus has way more features and unlike my Subaru people can hear me on my blue-tooth. The vehicle rides great....it's a little rough but it feels like a true sports car.

Having lived in the area for many years, up until this past week, we have not had the pleasure of purchasing from this dealer. We stopped by on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the GM, Tony, who then introduced us to our sales person, Vince. We had some specific requirements for a used vehicle, including price, features and mileage. We were provided a couple of potential used Mercedes and decided to drive a 2015 C300 4Matic. The car drove like new, with most of the options that we wanted in our next car. Usually, at this point, this is where the fun starts. You know the drill. Negotiating back and forth, discussing trade in values etc. This was no different at Napleton. However, the big difference is it was obvious they wanted to sell a car and, of course, we wanted to buy one. After finally agreeing to an acceptable price of the vehicle, along with a reasonable trade in value, we were ready to complete the transaction, and pickup the car later in the week. To our pleasant surprise, they allowed us to take a loaner home, we left the trade in, and made arrangements to pickup the car later in the week. All in all, a smooth, easy transaction. The way buying a luxury automobile should be. While I am leaving this as a 5 star review, if 1/2 stars would be available, I probably would have given Napleton 4 1/2 stars. Why? One thing and one thing only. During the negotiations, the salesman will discuss with the GM pricing etc. He then returns with an "itemized" cost breakdown of the purchase price. This of course includes the obligatory "dealer documentation fees", which I have come to accept. However, there is a very vague line item on this cost sheet called "accessories". When I think of accessories, I think of additional after market add-ons. In this case, the only thing being accessorized is the dealership's profit. The $900 "accessory" charge could not be really explained, except to say that is is for something related to dealer overhead. While this ultimately was excluded from our pricing, my concern is that someone who is less informed or someone who is a neophyte at purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, would think that this is a required, legitimate fee. Napleton Executive Management: The above "accessories" fee diminishes the customer experience, proves that even with a luxury brand, your clientele is still subject to old school dealership tricks. And, generally disrupts an otherwise perfect customer experience. With all of that said, let me be clear. Napleton is a class organization, with quality people, fair prices and willingness to do what it takes to put you in the car of your choice. I highly recommend them. They will be my first point of contact whenever I am in the market for a car again and I will make sure that my friends and relatives also know that they should visit Napleton in Schererville for their new and used car needs. Hats of to Vince, Tony and Tracy for a job well done!

I couldn't have been a better, or even faster, experience purchasing a car from Auto Park Chrysler Jeep. Considering it was my first time ever buying a new car, I had high expectations on what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay going into it. My salesman, Paul Henesy, exceeded those expectations by getting me exactly what I wanted in make, model, color, and even more importantly...price! He even went as far as driving out to my house 30 minutes away so that my wife, who was home with the kids, could sign over the title to her car she was trading in and save her a trip on her own after work the next day. This vehicle was specifically designed for enthusiasts the ride comfort isn't perfect the seating position could be better etc, etc. Where this car comes into it's own is on the race track. Being able to keep up with newer model M series BMW's is a testament to the engineering put into this car.

This car is fun to drive. The bucket seats are like gloves. Modern vehicle with lots of conveniences like bluetooth and android auto. The AWD is amazing. Got some snow tires and hardly slips in the ice even with all this power. It's hard to achieve the MPG, since it's fun to accelerate. Thanks to cars.com for helping me find this car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Makes you smile every time you drive it. Performance is over the top. I have owned multiple WRX's and this car is a step above. In 16000 miles and never been back to the dealer.

I made the mistake of test driving one out of curiosity and here we are now with one sitting in my garage. The more I drive it, the more I love it. It has great fit and finish, the interior is nice and simple, the exterior styling is great, and the performance is fantastic. It has so much grip, tons of usable power, extremely responsive steering and a great clutch and shifter. The suspension is a bit stiff for rough roads and the sport suspension setting is borderline unusable on anything but the smoothest of roads, but it's so much fun to drive I can't complain. A great warranty and Ford roadside assistance offers peace of mind as well, and my insurance rates are cheaper than my Tacoma was. I'm in love.

I have bought and sold vehicles from Cosmo Motors. Having said that, if there is a pickier buyer out there, I'd love to make your acquaintance. I have dealt with Matt and Cosmo with deals in the Aston Martin, and Porsche range of cars. Anytime their business said they'd check, or perform a repair, it was done, period. Being no neophyte when it comes to car collecting I can assure the reader that if a business did not do what they'd say they'd do, I've no hesitancy or qualms about putting that comment into writing so others can gain information, so hard earned money is not wasted; this is how we learn where to shop, or more importantly, where not to. An educated buyer becomes proficient and therefore happy with the purchase. If you can't tell a water pump from an injector, take the car you're interested in for a Pre- Purchase Inspection or either put it up on the rack and have a trained mechanic to look it over. Isn't that worth a few bucks for peace of mind? If you feel adequately informed about a car, and know its issues, then look it over yourself. I simply cannot envisage Cosmo motors not wanting you to do this, if you're a serious buyer, of course unless all lifts are being used. It is a used car, for goodness sale! Don't think for one moment that some SELLER's don't try and pull the wool over a Dealer's eyes, because they will! The dealer will do all that is possible to sell a decent car, are they incentivized not to? OK, I'll climb off my soap box now, but I will say that Cosmo motors have always treated me right. If you don't see the exact car or truck that you want, then ask about them finding one for you. And no, I don't work for the dealership, nor am I related to anyone there. I do enjoy going down there and checking their inventory out periodically as I'm only an hour away, their vehicles are sometimes seldom seen, interesting high line cars inside and out the showroom. And that ladies and gentlemen, concludes my point of view.

I love to get my infinity JX35 serviced here! They are all so nice and it's a beautiful facility. They have a big TV, snacks and drinks and free wifi. My car always comes back vacuumed and washed.

Everything is great. The only issues are some of the build quality issues with head gaskets and the autostart stop is kind of lame. But the car is a show stopper from a red light. It makes alot of V8s very sad.

I recently purchased a 2009 Porsche Carrera S from Allen motors. I actually drove from Northern Ca. to purchase my car. I talked to Jim on the phone and let him know that I was interested and had been looking for several months and to be very up front, if there were any issues as I do not want to drive 7 hours for nothing . He assured me the car was perfect. After making the drive 7 hours I was a little concerned that they knew I had just driven all that way so they would not be willing to negotiate or feel they needed to give me good service. I was happily wrong as they answered all my questions tossed me the keys and said take it out and give it a good test drive. That doesn't really happen very often with a $100K car. Finishing up the deal they did negotiate on the price and made the buying experience a piece of cake. Once I returned home I took my Porsche into the dealer and had them check everything out and they came back with " it's flawless, Perfect shape" . Jim was right, it is perfect. I would go there again with out a doubt. Thanks Jim!

I've driven a lot of sports cars both on the street and the track. I've raced in numerous serious from autocross to road course. And I can tell you, this is the most overall fun car out there. It ruins the day for porsche owners on the road course, it make subaru lovers angry because of its mere existence, and it takes audi owners to school around the corners. This car is insanely forgiving, yet corners like a GTR. It's super easy to slide and drift for a little fun too. The seats a little tight. It rides smooth (for a track oriented sports car). It has all the amenities of a luxury car (with the RS2 package). It looses a star for the head gasket issue, but Ford is owning up and fixing it, so no real issue.

Spectacularly fun car to drive and own. Sad to be selling it!! I never got the chance to push this car to its limits but it was still just a blast to cruise around town and made my daily commute a pleasure.
