My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This car is fun to drive. The bucket seats are like gloves. Modern vehicle with lots of conveniences like bluetooth and android auto. The AWD is amazing. Got some snow tires and hardly slips in the ice even with all this power. It's hard to achieve the MPG, since it's fun to accelerate. Thanks to cars.com for helping me find this car.

And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond.

I have a 2013 Ford Fusion. I had the 45,000 mile service, bought 4 new tires had them mounted and four wheel alignment. All work was done in about 2.5 hrs. There was a mail-in rebate on the tires and the staff help me submit the rebate electronically. Everyone was very considerate and helpful in getting the service accomplished. Please note that I only gave 3 stars for the Facilities that was because they are remodeling the facilities at this time. When the construction is finished the facilities will be rated 5 stars.

Lot of performance and efficiency for the money. Where is the next "RS" for the us market? No two door Fiesta RS coming! Not for everybody, but the "niche" is there... The anti Subaru WRC by excellence

They named it right, they are a Klasse act from start to finish. Mike went way out of his way to make my buying experience pleasant. When the Auto Transport Co. didn't show on Friday he met them Saturday and personally filmed them loading my car. Kristy had all the paperwork marked and it was a breeze to sign and send back. I will go back to them in a heartbeat if I purchase another vehicle

Everything is great. The only issues are some of the build quality issues with head gaskets and the autostart stop is kind of lame. But the car is a show stopper from a red light. It makes alot of V8s very sad.

I found a car on Facebook and went too see it ! A Corvette at an Acura dealership! Not expecting very much , I ran into an old friend, Kaz , on Wednesday, he showed me 2 Corvette???s and I took them for a ride and decided I wanted the 2014 ! The next day. I decided to buy the car , and Kaz was off that day , so he hooked me up with Dominick Cirianni to deliver the car , and he was very professional, and a pleasure too deal with ! I came here from Brooklyn, NY , and it was worth the ride ! 👍Cheers 🍸

I've driven a lot of sports cars both on the street and the track. I've raced in numerous serious from autocross to road course. And I can tell you, this is the most overall fun car out there. It ruins the day for porsche owners on the road course, it make subaru lovers angry because of its mere existence, and it takes audi owners to school around the corners. This car is insanely forgiving, yet corners like a GTR. It's super easy to slide and drift for a little fun too. The seats a little tight. It rides smooth (for a track oriented sports car). It has all the amenities of a luxury car (with the RS2 package). It looses a star for the head gasket issue, but Ford is owning up and fixing it, so no real issue.

So easy, it left me extremely pleased! I brought two friends with me for "second-third opinions," and they both enjoyed sharing the adventure with me! Very happy with our salesman who explained clearly what each step was in the test drive and through the paperwork.

I'm I the only one that likes wagons

The choices are slim in this segment. You can't have it all. It's either FWD or automatic or sedan that you have to compromise for. Not the case with the RS you get AWD a traditional manual transmission in a wagon (hot hatch) you do have to compromise for a bumpy less refined ride as well as a very simplistic interior that reminds you that your in what looks to be a rental car. But you're not your in a RS. Once you turn that engine over and put it in first you know well that this isn't a rental is a 350hp AWD wagon with the option to drift. Sure there's a few others out there but don't forget to check this one out as it might just end up in your garage.

This is how car shopping should be!

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

From the moment I saw the rs I knew I needed to own one, especially in stealth Gray. So I searched and searched for a fair deal on one with 0 miles, and my amazing dealership (Ron lewis ford, beaver falls pa) helped me end that search. The paint on this car is wicked, it has a flat color but let me tell you, does it shine. Every detail is immaculate, Ford really paid attention to detail when producing this vehicle, from the recall seats, the way it handles when driving down to the blue stiching everywhere.

Excellent Customer Service, Easy Transaction, Fair Price

Having lived in the area for many years, up until this past week, we have not had the pleasure of purchasing from this dealer. We stopped by on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the GM, Tony, who then introduced us to our sales person, Vince. We had some specific requirements for a used vehicle, including price, features and mileage. We were provided a couple of potential used Mercedes and decided to drive a 2015 C300 4Matic. The car drove like new, with most of the options that we wanted in our next car. Usually, at this point, this is where the fun starts. You know the drill. Negotiating back and forth, discussing trade in values etc. This was no different at Napleton. However, the big difference is it was obvious they wanted to sell a car and, of course, we wanted to buy one. After finally agreeing to an acceptable price of the vehicle, along with a reasonable trade in value, we were ready to complete the transaction, and pickup the car later in the week. To our pleasant surprise, they allowed us to take a loaner home, we left the trade in, and made arrangements to pickup the car later in the week. All in all, a smooth, easy transaction. The way buying a luxury automobile should be. While I am leaving this as a 5 star review, if 1/2 stars would be available, I probably would have given Napleton 4 1/2 stars. Why? One thing and one thing only. During the negotiations, the salesman will discuss with the GM pricing etc. He then returns with an "itemized" cost breakdown of the purchase price. This of course includes the obligatory "dealer documentation fees", which I have come to accept. However, there is a very vague line item on this cost sheet called "accessories". When I think of accessories, I think of additional after market add-ons. In this case, the only thing being accessorized is the dealership's profit. The $900 "accessory" charge could not be really explained, except to say that is is for something related to dealer overhead. While this ultimately was excluded from our pricing, my concern is that someone who is less informed or someone who is a neophyte at purchasing a vehicle from a dealer, would think that this is a required, legitimate fee. Napleton Executive Management: The above "accessories" fee diminishes the customer experience, proves that even with a luxury brand, your clientele is still subject to old school dealership tricks. And, generally disrupts an otherwise perfect customer experience. With all of that said, let me be clear. Napleton is a class organization, with quality people, fair prices and willingness to do what it takes to put you in the car of your choice. I highly recommend them. They will be my first point of contact whenever I am in the market for a car again and I will make sure that my friends and relatives also know that they should visit Napleton in Schererville for their new and used car needs. Hats of to Vince, Tony and Tracy for a job well done!

Truly a magnificent piece of automotive genius. This car is exhilarating to drive. It yearns for every opportunity to get on a road and devour it. It holds the road as if the tires were made of magnets and the road a ribbon of sheet metal. I have read about an aggressive ride but at every level, it is appropriate and comfortable. All you want to do is DRIVE this car as it dares you to push it more than it will push you.

Turned in a 2016 Focus ST and upgraded to the RS and it is simply AMAZING! Crazy-fun to drive! Have see. Reviews knocking the seats and I am 5'9" and fat (240 lbs) and the seats are actually more comfortable than the ST. The handling has been reviewed as stiff and that you can feel every bump which I too find to be an exaggeration. Drives just as smoothly as the ST which is very comfortable. Car feels more solid. Styling is the same as the ST pretty much minus the larger rear wing and the grill. Love the subtle changes. No spare tire!! This is a little bit stressful, but the car has a very unique tire repair system that seems pretty straight forward that will get you off the side of the road faster and safer than having to change out the tire. It is different though and just hope that when and if my tire goes flat all works as advertised. This car is totally amazing to drive though. Going to have this for a long time or until Ford decided to add another 100 hp and 100 ft/lbs of torque again!
