We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the !
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.

The entire Team at Watermark is amazing. I specifically chose Jesse because of a promise I made to him 4yrs ago. I bought my used Ford Edge in another town. I brought it in to Riser Ford for an oil change/service. I expected a lot of upselling of other products/services while my car was being serviced. I didn't get that at all. The service department did explain what I needed and what they recommended but were careful to stay in my budget. I only want my car serviced at a place I trust. I'm definitely going back!
I inquired about a vehicle through cars.com. We were able to get our questions answered quickly from Olivia through email, then complete the online application process, negotiate a price with salesman, and arrange financing over the phone. Because we lived far away from the dealership, a salesman met us halfway with the vehicle to sign papers which was extremely convenient. Very courteous, knowledgable, and understanding staff. We're happy with the vehicle which was exactly as described/pictured and reasonably priced.

Different from other local Ford Service Departments, this one treats you like you want to be treated! Astounding to find anymore, but today I experienced it. I dreaded taking my car in for recall repair because of past experience at Liliston Ford, but Bayshore was different! Treated me with courtesy and respect, and my car was handled with care. They kept their promise on how long the repair would take. If you have been to other Ford dealerships in our area, don't think they're all the same. Bayshore proved they're different! Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
I had Eddy Frances for a sales person. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and he was the best one I have ever had. He was great friendly, funny fast and efficient . I would buy a car from him again.
