When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.

I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nate was extremely kind, honest, and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the service needed. I truly appreciate the shuttle service that took me to work and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished (shout out to Keith!).
Not only were the employees great, I couldn't find a better price for the repairs done. It's not often you leave a dealership/mechanic feeling good about what was done.

It was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They did their best to get me what I wanted for a price I could live with.
