I have owned three Ford Fusions. The best cars I have ever owned. Just traded in my 2014 for an SUV. Like my new vehicle but kind of feel like I traded down. My Fusion was loaded with navigation, leather, keyless entry and more. The Fusion is a wonderful car and don't understand why Ford is ceasing to make them.
The had sold the car I wanted to purchase, but made a quick trip to another dealership for another car. They worked hard to try to accommodation our requests! I will definitely be back!!!!

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
Our 3rd purchase from Marshall ford, Jim Parisi was an excellent salesman. A very seamless process, Jim spent extra time with my wife explaining and showing features to make her comfortable and confident in our purchase.
My visit at Ford was a pleasant one the salesman was very knowledgeable. He help me make the right decision on purchasing my new car. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
Fun car to drive and very sharp

Great looking car that is fun to drive. Spacious and low maintenance. Has good performance and really good gas mileage. it has all kinds of standard features and options that make this car a dream. Also has park assist which is cool.
If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come.....
When the manager takes the time to meet you and simply say thank you for stopping by - to me that is important. No pressure at all, just helping me understand the process and finding the best deal possible. My wife and I were considering the Escape to downsize from our minivan, we were presented with a great deal. However, in the end we decided to keep our current car. We will definitely return when the time comes.

Great family car, reliable, roomy sedan, comfortable with a good looking silhouette.
Ok performance and ok for commuting.
Very good value for money. Holds value, ok
I???m so happy I came here! Ray was the best salesman I have ever dealt with! He was straight forward. He was honest. No surprises on those hidden fees some dealers hit you with! He was knowledgeable about the car I wanted and did his absolute best to get me the best price possible! I recommend anyone that comes here to ask specifically for him! Hands down best experience/salesman ever! Thank you so much Ray Like
Shopped for a car I would love and my salesman quickly showed me why I'd rather have a Buick by pointing out the many features. Seating was comfortable (driver and passenger), the handling and turning radius was what I was looking for.

The car worth the value for what the design fashion for inside out.A car I don’t mind driving for travel & most of the time work in.
I would describe our recent purchase at Nick Nicholas Ford to be a pleasant experience. Our salesperson, Rex Adair, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Making this experience more pleasant, was the fact there was no feeling of pressure involved.

I drove a lot of miles for work and it is a pretty comfy reliable car. Never any major issues. I’m pretty tall but if your under 6’4’ it would be even more comfortable.
Great.. My alignment is off. Keeps pulling to the right real bad. Could this happen due to this repair.

Great car. I work as a real estate agent and it shows professionalism and class without breaking your budget. Gas mileage is great and it handles pretty well too. My bluetooth works almost seamlessly with the radio. Layout of menus is very easy to navigate. Plenty of room everywhere I needed it.
