My dad and I went into the used dealer ship knowing what we wanted. We saw a car online and came to check it out the sales man wasn't pushy they gave us complementary refreshments and snacks. The president of the business showed us photos of all the wonderful people he knows. My father and I had a wonderful experience here at the dealer ship. First off, I called before coming for service appointment for "quicklane". I was never informed that the old location closed and I drove around and around. Once I was redirected by the nice technician in the old quicklane space to the "regular service" entrance, it took approximately10 minutes to be greeted. My service technical came out and he was neutral, he asked questions the system already confirmed. Maybe because I arrived at 830am the service department might have been short staffed. I would recommend better greeting and reception services.
I appreciated their teamwork in helping me over the course of a couple of days I have to make some repairs to my current vehicle, but when I"m ready to finalize my purchase, I will be going back to Sunrise Ford!
The new experience at Sunrise Ford is beyond expectation. The service staff are friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond to make customers happy while servicing a large number of vehicles. The facility is spectacular and I highly recommend the staff as the best in the industry.
Service Dept in new building was organized considering the construction is not complete. Time to complete service right on schedule. Service Technician completes entire service appointment with you. Was very satisfied with Technician, she knew her business.
