I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.

Looks great. Good performance for 4 cylinder engine. Love this car. Rear seating can be a bit cramped for adults but great for family. No issues mechanically.
I purchased a used car from Grand Motorcars on 11/29/18 and I must admit it was a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly but I was to take time to single out Janice Curry. Janice was patient as she worked with me and provided answers to all of my questions/concerns. She certainly made my buying experience very pleasurable. This car has a very sleek design to begin with. I had plenty of room in the car for everything. Drove the car everyday and took it on many long road trips. The gas mileage was great and all the functions available inside the car were fantastic. Wonderful car all around.
You only have one time to make a great impression. I was really impressed with dealership! I would recommend Chauncey Kuykendall! He was very helpful and he will do what he can to ensure your visit is pleasant and not a waste of time. And more importantly you drive what you like and more importantly what you want!

I bought this car to save on gas as I drive 80 miles each day for work. The car is great looking and very comfortable. I went from a 2010 fully loaded truck to this and the technology is far ahead of what I had in the 2010.
Loved my very smooth buying purchase from CarMax last night the salesman Ricardo was very nice and very knowledgeable very impressed with him he was courteous and pleasant! Had a very good experience! Thank you Ricardo-CarMax!

WOW! It is a sharp classy automobile. It practically does everything for you - but drive. Love the all wheel drive, heated seats - Steering wheel - Auto Start, reverse and side window auto view, GPS and the list goes on. Its a super smooth and comfortable ride.
Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Please make this woman a sales manager !! 5 STARS...

Good economy and excellent reliability. No problems.
Comfortable and safe inside. Handling is excellent, especially with lane minder. Visibility superb. I highly recommend this car.
Service was great, would recommend! Fast and friendly. Facilities were clean and offered coffee and snack. Wait time was also very short in comparison to other dealers in the area.
Just purchased a 2015 Fusion and I'm loving it.

I graduated from subcompacts to the Ford Fusion. I love the weight of the car (we get a lot of snow and slippery roads). It's comfortable, really nice to drive, and a pretty car. I always had a hatchback, but with the back seats down, the Fusion turns into a hatch and gives me all the room I need to haul my stuff around. So far, this car gets 5 stars.
my son was in the market for a pre-owned Camaro . Not being from the area I did some research online for prices and reviews. I found that MAGIC MOTORS had the most pre-owned vehicles with a good price
and some good reviews
it sold as soon as we reach the lot
working on getting us one with similar condition and price
The worst experience with a Ford

Look up other issues same problem fuel pump system was manufactured wrong apparently and Ford refused to pay worst customer service experience as well! Left me broken down so many times on the side of road, engine is made terrible for the year and model
Required service went well, smoothly and as planned.
Perfect, reliable car.

This was the first car I bought right after graduating from undergraduate school and starting my first real job. I needed something reliable to get me back and forth to work safely. This car meets all my needs. It does great on fuel. Its super stylish and it looks like I spent much more money on it than I actually did. It just looks expensive and classy for a low value. I definitely feel like I'm driving in style and comfort. It's the most comfortable and spacious car I've ever driven.
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

i love the leg room in them. i just think that everyone should own one because they are just amazing and i love comfortable cars i just love them and i feel that i will open a car dealership some day and maybe open my own business.
This is the third time I have bought a car from MOGF and will continue to make them my first stop when ready to buy. Process was easy and they made a point to respect my time and not have me at the dealership waiting on them. Happy to recommend them.
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!
I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.
