I was looking for a used car of a certain brand, and there was one available at Fowler. I contacted the dealer and Denise got back to me almost immediately. She readily answered any questions that I had and offered to provide me with any information I would have liked. I was going to make this purchase from out of town and was looking for a local mechanic who knew this brand. I had trouble finding one but Denise was able to get me names of several who work on European cars. Unfortunately, the car sold quickly (which I absolutely expected it to because it was priced well). Denise got back to me to tell me that the car sold, when she really had no obligation to do so. This is what is called great customer service and something that is sorely missing at a lot of place. Given the opportunity, I would gladly do business with them.
Had looked at a couple of there vehicles on line. Visited with Internet sales a couple times.went to the dealership was greeted by Taylor Tibbs. Really nice young man. He showed me car faxes on vehicles I was interested in as eagerly allowing me to drive them as well. He also told me about a few specans going on. I left in a new silverado
Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.
