Purchased a used car from AutoNation, Union City, Ga. They tout that they do a "rigorous inspection" on their vehicles before offering them for sale. If that's the case, then why was one tire found to be installed wrong (directional tire and the "inside" marking was facing out). Two tires were way overinflated to 54 psi, one tire was underinflated at 24 psi and only one was pretty close, at 34 psi. When I checked the oil at home, I found the car over a quart low on oil. Had to make a Wal-Mart run to pick up a couple quarts of Mobil 1. I'm not sure what they deem "rigorous", but if they don't even check tire pressures and fluid levels, well...…….
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.

I have been sesrching for a low-cost second car since May. It is now late November. In the past, I have been sent on test drives by other dealers selling in this price range in cars with no gas, rotten tires, and systems barely hanging on. (I seriously feared for my life in the car with no working windshield wipers!).Cut to the important part: my experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta (GA) was thoroughly professional, honest, and considerate. I took the car to my mechanic, who pronounced it in sound condition, despite high mileage. AutoNation had already made the repairs to make this car safe and affordable. I anticipate only minor maintenance in the near future. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.
I purchased a used car from Grand Motorcars on 11/29/18 and I must admit it was a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly but I was to take time to single out Janice Curry. Janice was patient as she worked with me and provided answers to all of my questions/concerns. She certainly made my buying experience very pleasurable. Everyone we came in contact with at this dealership was so helpful , patient and not pushy . they listened to our wants and desires ,led us to the vehicle we were looking for and helped us through the leasing process in a timely manner . I would recommend this dealership if considering a vehicle purchase .First time signing documents using the Docu pad system for purchase, it is fantastic.
