The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

I have had my car serviced at this location since 2011. I've always had a good experience. Although I've never bought a car at this Maxwell Ford, I would recommend the service department. I especially like that they have female service advisors.
Great service. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and a software flash updat recall. My appointment was at 0800 and I arrived at 0745. Left the dealership at 0930. Seemed a little long but no big deal, they also washed the outside of my truck!
I was extremely satisfied with my experience for the regular maintenance i had performed on my Optima. Shaun was completely on target and was fantastic at communicating. The only thing that would have made it 100% would have been a more timely shuttle. I do realize that one person could be only in one place at a time but, more than one person could be picking up and dropping off customers. Other than that, 100%.
I've owned three VW's so far, a 2014 GTI and currently two 2015 GTI's which my wife and I use as daily drivers. As a retired physicist and former race engines builder I can say with authority that this dealership's service department is by far the best, and when you combine that with their stellar sales team that means their the best Volkswagen dealership in Central Texas. Covert is Amazing!!!!! We have been buying from Covert for over 20 years and Ernest has always been honest and conscientious of all our needs. He always finds us the best deal at the best price. Recently we purchased a new 2018 GMC 3/4 Ton Sierra and had several mechanical issues resulting in my wife and daughter being stranded along side the road with horses. Both times Covert immediately sent help and corrected the problem. The last time we had an issue, we shared are frustration with Ernest and told him we wanted Covert to correct the problem. Shortly afterwards we received a call from Chance Covert and he asked what it would take to make us happy. I told him we wanted the same truck that we have but one with 0 miles. He said he would look for one and get back with us. Within a couple hours Chance called and said come pick up your new truck. No One Else would have done that.
