Customer service is excellent. Price on vehicles are just as great. Staff at this dealer had a great positive attitude. Very helpful during the finance process in which they assisted in getting the best deal. Greatly recommend it as i plan on returning.

Great gas mileage , sound system is very nice. Styling inside and out is very eye appealing. Spacious trunk, a little down on power with the 4 cylinder.
I absolutely love my car and everyone at Lithia Ford knows my car inside and out! I know it will be well taken care of. Nick actually reminded me about my recalled door latches so, I was able to get everything done all at the same time, saving me another trip back to Fresno.
Most high tech car I've owned.

I love all the bluetooth features. This was one of my top things in a car. The screen functions are so useful because it has bluetooth options,voice assistance,backup camera, temperature options, etc.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

This car is driven mostly for work, and handles very well on the highway. It has great pickup for a 4 cylindar vehicle, and the eco boost provides great pickup. It measures up to any of my V6 vehicles I've owned in the past.
My husband has a background in sales and I in customer service training. We do not enjoy car buying process, mainly due to high pressure sales tactics. We worked with Andy, who helped us navigate our options and was responsive to our needs. We will be coming back to the Selma Auto Mall.

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
I live in Clovis and was always told to buy local. So I tried to take my business to the Clovis Ford dealership. Their customer service via internet sales and service department are horrible.They gave no customer service skills or care what impression they leave with potential customers. Told I would get a call back and didn't, later they called me back and gave ridiculous price. My sister purchased a vehicle from Lithia Ford Lincoln of Fresno two and a half years ago along with the lifetime oil deal. I was with her when she made her purchase and was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales staff. I have taken her vehicle in for service and was impressed with the Service department also. I brought my Van in for service and explained what I wanted done. The Service department went above and beyond in regards to my Van and I came to the conclusion that it would be better to purchase new instead of pumping more money into my tired, high miles van. When I arrived at the lot I was greeted by Alberto shortly after looking around the showroom. I told Alberto what I was interested in and was immediately taken that area. I was looking at slightly used versus brand new. He did not try to change my mind or apply any pressure. We decided on a Ford Escape and they worked diligently on getting me the best deal possible. Within few hours I left the dealership a proud new owner of a 2017 low mileage Certified Escape and couldn't be happier. I got the best money for my old car, the best interest rate and the best price for the CPO vehicle, plus their customer service and professionalism is beyond any expectations. Thank you Lithia Ford of Fresno for making my car buying experience as painless as possible. I will definitely come back again and refer all my family and friends to you !

Man, the moment i walked into the lot with my wife and kids to look at the first car, this dealer named Rick from Own a car, came up quickly. Automatically, I felt that solid good vibe of a great salesman. I told him my interest in type of car and the very first car I saw, I made my decision for it. This guy rick was extremely helpful, and after getting this car, he went with me to my insurance company to finalize the paper work. We talk about our lives and this guy rick is also a father of 2 boys so he understood me. We laughed and I even told him my wife will get a car from this same place too. Rick answered all my questions and helped me and my family with this new dodge charger I so love. Rick sure went the extra mile, literally, just for a customer he didn't know.
