I went to Harry Browns Looking for a used Vehicle for my wife . Her Old 2004 Chevrolet Impala, has some major Transmission trouble and a 152,000 miles on it so I felt it was time to replace. I first seen 2017 Chevrolet Impala off Cars .Com at Harry Browns. I had heard many good comments from friends and co workers about Harry Browns so decided that's were I would start my Car search. Well I set up an appointment and then went to see what I could find if anything. Well as I entered the building I was greeted by one of there Employees asking if they could help me and I said I was here to see Chad , and was told he would be right with me and to have a seat. They the Employee offered me Coffee Or a Bottle water which I declined. With in 5 minutes Chad came out and visited with me Explaining he was the Sales Manager and welcome me to Harry Browns. He spent a little time with me explaining what to expect on this visit and that my time with them was of the highest priority . He then Introduce me to Product Specialist name Brandon Vance. And said he would take me out and look at some vehicles and test drive them and answer any question I may have. Well as I spent time with Brandon, him and I talked quite a bit about the types of Vehicles and what to expect. As I mention Earlier I originally went there thinking I wanted an another Impala for my wife but as I test drove the different Vehicles I found out a lot about Chevy Equinox which I determined would be a better replacement for my wife. I then ask Brian if I could drive the car to Pick -up My Wife and see what she thought. Upon returning with her it was decided we would go ahead and purchased the Equinox. From there Brandon, Took us through the process of purchasing that vehicle and once all the paper work was done he spent Quality Time with my Wife and I explaining all the different features of the vehicle we purchased. Keeping in mind we are both in our late 60`s and are not very computer savvy. Well in the end we both left with our New Car very well satisfied. I have to give everyone we dealt with at Harry Browns a big Thank You ! And A special thanks to the Excellent Job Brandon Vance , did for us. We would diffently Buy another Vehicle from them in the future and highly recommend them to everyone we know. Again GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Rochester Ford was our first stop to look for a used vehicle. A young man by the name of Zach D. came to talk to us. He asked what we were looking for and brought up two cars for us to look at. He was spot on and we ended up buying both of them. Zack was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn’t want. This entire staff at Rochester Ford made buying our cars sush a pleasant experience. It was truly refreshing to see a young man like Zach to be so pleasant and knowledgeable about the different cars that they had. Rochester Ford is our new go to car dealership.
Had very specific needs due to my health and Hector was very patient to listen to them and my price range and to even show me vehicles not Ford products. A lot of this was done over the phone. I looked at some cars before I went in, researched during recovery and spent lots of time on the phone and email with questions for several weeks getting things narrowed down. Even took the time to come to me when I couldn't drive yet.
I ended up with my best trade in deal and health fit being the new 2018 Ecosport and for the first time got to pick my vehicles color. The big screen that hooks straight onto my phone and mimics everything so it's hands free is great. Easy to see navigation, back up camera, plenty of leg room for rear passengers and cargo space for my needs.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rochester Ford. The staffs in this place are friendly, caring and professional. Hector Garcia in sales was wonderful to work with. He helped me with all my questions, gave me advice, and drove me home after the shuttle service was closed. He arranged his colleague to help me on time when he was at home. I picked a vehicle and switched to another one a week later. He was friendly and patient in the whole process. He really wanted me to be happy with what I was buying.
I brought my old ford focus to the service department due to a weird noise I was hearing. The service team found that my car needed over $2000 of repairs, which I was NOT paying, so I was essentially carless. Ryan in the service department was excellent at delivering this terrible news and explaining to me what was wrong with my car. Tom in sales then showed me a few different great options for buying or leasing within my price range. I ended up leasing, and I am very happy with my decision. The whole team at Rochester Ford really listened to my concerns and made the process seamless. They found me a car that met my needs and checked off all my boxes.
