Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
I inquired about a car they had listed through cars.com from their lot. I received a call back quickly from the sales rep who was friendly and personable. I'm not sure if I'll end up buying from them, but I am several states away and they seemed well prepared for out of state transactions.

We had an excellent car buying experience with Jeff Frigard at Livermore Ford. We were looking for an Explorer and Jeff thoughtfully walked us through the various models and features. Jeff also took the time to explain and demonstrate the vehicle's many features. Once we knew what we wanted, Jeff went out of his way to find a vehicle with the color and all of the options we were looking for. Jeff made sure we got the Explorer that we wanted and that all of our questions had been answered - and he knows the answers!! It was such a pleasure working with such an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Manager. Livermore Ford is also a great place to buy a car. Great customer service at this dealership. Our salesman, Joe Fogarty was very knowledgeable about the Ford F150. He helped us find the truck we were looking for and answered all our questions. With Joe and the GM working that day, we were able to get a very good fair deal on a 2018 F150. Everything was easy with minimal back and forth. Joe, the GM and the finance person were all great. Highly recommend this dealership and we will be going back next time we look for a Ford.
This dealership and our dealer Matt Gordon went above and beyond helping me with purchasing a new truck. They were extremely informative throughout every step of the process and were always available via phone or text message if I had any questions. I was definitely sold the exact truck I was looking for, but it was the customer service that solidified the deal.

Today I drove away from the dealership as a first time car buyer! I had an amazing experience with this A+ team. Nick the GM was super helpful with setting me up with his team that gave me the true VIP experience. The assistant manager Thomas was able to find the car that I was exactly looking for while also keeping me updated when the car would be ready. I appreciate all of the communication even when he was technically out of the business. My sales rep that helped assist me with the car was Sterling and he helped so much through the process and patience with the finance department. Sean was the sales manager within the finance department and he did everything and exhausted every possible outcome in order for me to get the best deal! I walked away believing that this whole team was there to help us all reach a common goal which was driving away with a car at the best affordable deal. Thank you all for your help!
