I would highly recommend Drew Velez. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and fair when searching for a new car. I was stuck between picking one of two cars and he took the time to find out what exactly I was looking for and helped me pick the best car, which worked out great.

I’ve always been a fan of Ford. The Fusion is amazing. It drives smoothly. It’s quiet. Features are awesome. The digital speedometer is a nice perk.
I had a great experience in buying my used car. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Sales person Dulce Cuevas made the whole process very easy and not stressful. Very professional. Sales manager Sebastian Olivares was a great help. Over all the best sales staff I have ever experience. Thanks to all at County Ford. Will refer to others.

I was forced to jump into a new car when my previous vehicle gave up her usability after 19 years. I didn't think I could find a car that would make me smile and this one did. Great mpg, still peppy, and super comfortable to drive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We purchased the Ford Fusion a few weeks ago and have been very impressed. The car rides beautifully, is roomy even for my 6'2 husband, quiet and very economical. I have been getting approx. 30 mpg.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Heavy and clumsy. Gas milage is so so. Good entertainment system.
Quality doesn't seems like the best one. Engine wind deflector has to be replaced once a year. It is becoming loose just by driving the car on a highway.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Rented a Ford Fusion while my car was being evaluated after being struck by a deer. I immediately enjoyed everything about the car! As soon as it was determined that my car was at a total loss, I knew I wanted a Fusion. So happy we made this choice!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

Test driving nicely done. Not very scared we're seats are nicely comfortable. The radio and enterior was great view. Air windows freshly, no big stenches. Stains A1. Vechile nice shape smooth under hood.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Reliable, nice looking car. Drives nice, good handling, smooth ride. Comfortable seats , legroom is adequate front and back. Lacks power but still good enough to get out of the way
I got the ball rolling with 4 dealerships but Junior gave me a quick & fair quote over the phone while the others wanted me to do the leg work and get the best deal and then come back to them so they could beat it. Junior just gave me the best deal and it was done. Thanks!
Matt Duffy did a wonderful job for us in presenting the vehicle options, affording us test driving and working thought the haggle process with my gut busting negotiator! He was calm, competent, cooperative and patient from start to finish.
We are very pleased with his customer care and service! We look forward to a long relationship with University Ford with and through Matt Duffy!

I have bought many cars from Ron. He is very conscientious knows his product. Takes this time going over the vehicle and make sure that all questions are answered. Very patient person great attitude. Every time I talk to him he will ask me how my wife is doing and how our sons are doing. I feel like we have a personal relationship with Ron. Capital Ford all of feel real proud of having this gentleman working for them. He is very honest and has great integrity. He works hard for his company and his customers. I had a GREAT experience with University Ford Kia in Durham! My dealer Terrence Joseph tended to my every need when it came to finding my car! I had my worries on getting the right car, so i became very indicisive. But Terrence helped me get my head strait, nd find me the perfect car! I couldve ended with a better car! My mother and I went to University Kia looking for a nice reliable car for my mother as she is 75 years old. Our sales person Mario Dawson spent over 4 hours with my mom making sure that she was satisfied. I believe she test drove about 5 different models and Mario was very patient. He listened and put my mom in a car that fit her needs at a GREAT deal without pressure to buy. University Kia has a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly team that provides excellent service. I'm referring all of my friends here.
My husband and I just purchased a KIA Optima. This was the easiest purchase we ever made. Excellent customer service. When my husband told me to show up at the dealership, I really did not want too. I know how long they take, and how frustrating it can be to sit and wait. I did not want a new car that bad. Ric Lanning was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the car, and the process of approval. The approval process was quick. I was driving off the lot with my new car in 2 hours. Ric's customer service is top notch. I actually had to call him to ask how to use one of the features. He made himself readily available for me. I like that. Most dealerships when the deal is done, you are forgotten. I've already been notified about my first oil change. WOW, really?? That's my kind of service. I have already referred a couple of friends to go see Ric Lanning at University Kia. I will definitely buy my next car from Ric.
