Cannot rave about this dealership enough! I found a Mustang online that I loved- I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Anthony. He walked me through the details of the vehicle and process of purchasing it. He made the whole experience breezy and worked within my budget. The GM stopped by and talked to me about the car for a while as well. EVERYONE here is pleasant and friendly. They are one of the easiest dealerships to work with.

Fantastic service department. Absolutely the ONLY dealership service department that I trust... because of John Noble period. One prime example: John keeps me informed of important upcoming maintenance but NEVER pressures me into performing recommended, but not critical, costly maintenance decisions. John is an effective and knowledgeable service adviser with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have written this before in previous customer feedback reviews and I will re-enforce my comments; I will continue to purchase my vehicles at John Vance Auto Group as long as John Noble is my service adviser.
I wrote a review on the General Manager, Sales and Finance folks earlier this week, but failed to note the assistance I got from Scott in Sales as well. He assisted under the previous GM when I was in Fowler in mid-July and before I was able to make a deal in August. I appreciate his help as well! I know he's a great link for the new General Manager in this transition period.
Most importantly, I failed to acknowledge the fantastic receptionist - WALDI! I consider her the FACE of Fowler VW and she's a great Public Relations gal!

My wife and I were looking for an SUV. I spoke with Jason Williamson and he was professional, very knowledgeable, and the best car sales person that I have worked with since I bought my first car almost 30 years ago!! I was able to get my wife into her dream suv and it was very affordable. I will definitely do business with Jason again in the future when I am ready to get another vehicle. I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had.
Not only was the buying process a pleasant experience but the service department is also a great experience.
Johnny Mahsetky was awesome! He had our vehicles we wanted to look at ready to go at the front so we could test drive them. We have to small kids and he understood, he was able to get us in and out quickly. We had been looking for over a year for our perfect car and he nailed it! We love our new CRV and couldn't be more happy with our purchase! The other staff is extremely friendly as well great place to buy a car! Thank you!
The process was easy and quick. There was no haggling, no "let me go talk to my manager". I appreciated it after the terrible experience I had buying my last car!
