I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
The gang at Boardman Subaru, especially John and Joe were excellent. They greeted us cordially, answered every question accurately and after the purchase John sat in the car with us patiently explaining the nuances of the technology until we were all satisfied that we understood.
I CANNOT stress enough how impressed I was with Mike Urbania and Klaben! I never felt pressured to make a decision and felt that I received the best service. My dad has purchased several vehicles from Mike over the past 20+ years and here I am doing the same! Great customer service goes a long way. Keep up the amazing work, Mike! Thank you so much for everything!
This was my 4th car from Klaben Ford, and 4th time working with Mike Urbania. I can't say how easy Mike makes leasing a car. Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
Although we live in Columbus, we only buy cars from Joe Sember at Cole Valley in Warren, Ohio. This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. If you want to simplify the car buying experience, give Joe a call.

Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
We had purchased a new Lincoln MKX previously from Phil Fitts and returned to purchase a used MKC. Our salesman, Albee Mangino, from whom we had purchased the MKX, was again very helpful, friendly, and fair. We believe we received a fair deal and are very pleased with the MKC. We also returned due to the excellent service department.
