My son and I went to our sales appointment on June 16, 2018 in search of a used car for my 17 year old son joe. We met with Chris Quigley our salesperson who I had briefly spoke to earlier. From there we went on to test drive 3 vehicles. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient during our experience . We finally settled on 2015 dodge dart. It was a great looking car with low mileage and was later set up with a great warranty as i made my way through the process. I had bought a used car for myself 20 years ago. I had left Reedman happy then and found myself leaving with the same feeling with my son on that day. A big thanks to the Reedman staff and especially Chris for all there help. I would recommend anyone to Reedman and I'm guessing so would my son .

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
I have purchased two new cars from this dealership--a 2008 Ford Focus and a 2013 Ford Focus. I am not a huge Ford fan...more of a Honda person...however, the service I get here is so good and so different from the service that I get at the horrible mega-dealerships nearby that I literally chose a Focus over a Civic so I could purchase a vehicle here. The fact that I get free state inspection for the life of my vehicle is fantastic and convenient, and even though I was purchasing one of the least expensive cars on the lot each time, I was given thorough and courteous service. The sales person helped me with issues that I was having with my trade-in in an honest and straightforward way. Having a smaller, more personal car-buying experience right in my hometown is so unusual these days, and the amount of stress and headaches I avoided by shopping here was certainly welcome.

I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!
