I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.
We called ahead on a Friday, but were not able to make it in before close. We drove over an hour on Saturday to get there really hoping for a good experience and quality car. We were not disappointed!!! The experience start to finish was nothing short of great! Our salesman Skee was off on Saturday when we went in, he came in on his day off to help get us in our new car! From sales to finance and service we were very impressed with the warm greetings (to both us and our children, including a baby!!!!!) and efficiency!! Will be back when hubby is ready for a new pick up!

Amazing work the only thing I wish this car had was wear I can move petals and it remember our setting. Thank u if you can figure out why we didn't get the petals that move and the seat that memory because the one we were shown had the petals that move and seat memory.
I was searching for cars on the internet, and found many at Brenengen’s in Tomah. I called and said I was coming over. I met the salesperson Marty, and he spent hours with me looking at and trying out cars. I did not buy that day. I became ill and the car shopping was put on hold for a few months. Started searching again on internet. I called Marty, and we looked at and tried out a couple cars. I found my dream car, a Ford Escape. Marty was a special person who spent hours with me finding the car I wanted. He had the service Department have it all shined up for me when I got there. Then he spent more of his time showing me all of the new features. This guy is amazing. Ask for him. He will treat you like no one else. The dealership and all the people in accounting and every other dept are very friendly. As I said, go to Brenengen’s in Tomah Wi for your next car
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.
Having been to a few other Chevy Dealers it seemed to me the Chevy Volt was not that popular of a car and the salesmen did not know a lot about them. So I decided to try the Costco route. Costco sent me to Eric Von Schledorn in Saukville, 77 miles away for me. There I meet Randy Mickelson who seemed quite knowledgeable about the Chevy Volt. He answered all my questions and made the whole buying experience a good one.
By far the best dealer I have dealt with in a very long time. No games and very upfront about everything. Truck is exactly as described. I was short on time and couldn't make the drive out, they were kind enough to deliver it for me. Will recommend them to everyone.

Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

Spoke to Chris senior in sales.
He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Service department did an excellent job as they always do.
