I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from Denise and returned to buy a 2016 from her. Her ability in making me feel comfortable and assuring me my needs were met was her main concern, impressed me. I felt when I left there I had gotten the best car deal I could have gotten. regardless of dealership.. I feel like I can call on her at anytime and she'll be there to help. In fact it's happened on several occasions. She's someone I trust unconditionally.
Had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly. Jerry Jones was my salesman and he was very nice, he knew his job. He explained every thing very well. He showed me cars that he thought I might like and gave me the time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him as a very good salesman. He answered all of my questions very well. He did not try to sale me a car that I wasn't looking at. He was very informed about the cars he showed me. My husband and I drove the 70 miles from our home to Jerry Damson of Arab to look at a used car. Both of us called prior to going to verify the car was still available and that we could see it. I guess we should have asked if we could drive it because, when we arrived, the seats were out for cleaning and the car would not be ready to drive until the middle of the following week. Bummer. We probably would have paid cash that day for the car if we could have driven it. Please let people know that they cannot test drive a car if they call about it. Some people drive a good distance just to be turned away.
Our car buying experiemcw was quick and seamless, as far as buying a car goes. The facilities are a bit on the "dated" side, hence the three stars. The building is clean and the sales people are fantastic. We will be going back so my son can have a tutorial with Anthony about all of the bells and whistles on his car. Overall, very happy with our experience at your store.

I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.
