Poor follow up. No return calls. Promised repairs.

Buying process was quick. Easy. Personnel seemed friendly. However, Used car we bought was unfamiliar to sales reps.
We were promised a call back on Mon for a repair due in writing. No call. We called Mon and Tues (2x) left messages as well. No calls.
This certainly is not good customer service and referrals will be hard to give based on our experience thus far. Quick to take our money.
Dave Julian is the man...found the perfect car for me. great to work with. Since my husband and I have gotten 5 cars from Donnell in the last 10 years...Love Fords and the Excellent service from Donnell. Thanks Dave...Love my Eco sport!!!
I must say, their service is "IMPECCABLE" to say the least. They don't just sell you the car and walk away; they actually insist they that you please allow them to teach you how to work ALL the gadgets You need a ride just ask for Ron the car salesman and Angel in finance. YOU'LL BE IN A NEW RIDE IN NO TIME...
Amazing buying experience. The management and dealer are the best. I got exactly what I needed for my trade in so my monthly payments would be within my budget. Bottom line, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, this is the place to go.
