Great visit, and great service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Agner Hernandez was the service representative that oversaw the service on my 2007 Ford Focus. Mr. Hernandez displayed politeness, courtesy, and friendliness - a total professional. The professionalism that Mr. Hernandez displayed will want customers like me, and others, to keep returning back to Koons Form on any future service on their automobile.
I first purchased a Ford Explorer in April,My Salesman, Curtis Shannon was very professional and courteous it was a superb experience.

What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.
I went in my with dad to buy a car last week and we were helped by Lamont. From the very beginning he was super friendly and listened to what we wanted. There were a few times where we had to reschedule coming back in to meet with him and each time he was patient and understanding. Even though his job is to make a sale, he was extremely genuine and honest in helping us choose the right car for me. On top of that, after my car purchase was finalized (I absolutely love it!), Lamont made sure to follow up. He answered all my questions, and even took the time to go over some of the features my car came with. I worked with Jason to finalize the finance portion of the car and he was great too. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with everyone at this dealership. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lamont. I would totally recommend anyone looking for an enjoyable car buying experience AND a great deal to go to Sheehy of Gaithersburg and ask for Lamont!
Mr. Kwami was a very helpful person because he tried to satisfy my needs by making sure I got the right F-150. He was patient with me and allowed me to take my time when deciding if I had picked out the right car. Furthermore, Mr. Kwami is a friendly person who is always there to help out others by giving them the best services.
Purchased a new Lincoln MKZ yesterday, the salesman, Narh Caternor was awesome. He explained the difference between three models of Lincolns, which helped me choice right one for me. I came to Koons, Silver Spring after visiting dealerships much closer to me on more than one occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Kwami Amegah was great and no pressure selling at all.

I was in need of a service van for my business and Kwami took the time and go through what i need. We look at few van and went for a test drive and i finally made my choice. There were few complications along the was but i was able to get my service van home the same day with Kwami's help. I walked in and left with a new van with fair price that day.
I was appreciated Mr. Ben was mad cool and very patient with me and explained to me everything I needed to know.. I recommend anyone and everyone to come see him.. he will bless you and put you in the car you need
I had a wonderful experience at Academy Ford. The saleslady, Ashley, truly listened to me when I told her what I wanted and she guided me to the right car. She had a lot of patience ! Because of Ashley I ended up with the car I truly love :)
Painless process. Mr. Hunt was the salesman and was well prepared. After the purchase, Mr, Hunt actually delivered the vehicle to my residence. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and recommend Academy to my associates.
Having credit problems was embarrassing, I was treated like I had perfect credit, was able to get a car I liked and did kill me with a huge payment, if you want to b treated right see Robert
