Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.
Tad was amazing ..so helpful. However there was confusion w title. I worked with Kathy who said she was leaving @ 2:45 ???? We returned I had to ask fpr help noone acknowledgwd me..I had to ask Betty for help and then she was rude. She said after I asked someone will be qith you we are busy. I dont appreciate being so inconvenienced and RHEN RUDE. I realize people make mistak3s but not RUDE
Took my 21 year old daughter this morning to see a car she put on hold yesterday-a 2014 Cruze LT with less than 4000 miles on it. My daughter works 4 jobs, and has managed to save $10,000 for a down payment. This basically new car was on sale for around $12,600. I went with her to help her through the process. As a three time Cruze owner, I wanted to be sure of the quality of the car and that she was treated fairly. I couldn’t have been more impressed-from how ithe seat of the
car test driving it, to the sprofessionalism of the transaction itself. Every step was explained to her and all options given as far as warranties, etc. From pulling into the parking lot, to taking a picture of my smiling girl hugging her champagne colored Cruze with a bright yellow bow on top-under 2 hours. The sales woman hugged both my daughter and myself. Never have I experienced kinder salespeople, nor a more professional environment. You will be seeing more of this Fort Wayne family!
Value the opportunity to sit in and drive a great variety of cars. However after I paid to have a car transferred, there was no communication follow-up by the sales rep. By the time I went in to check on the car it had already been sold to someone else. The sales rep claimed the cellular cloud must have lost his texts. The sales experience is no different that any other dealership, yet the prices are higher. I'd recommend using their inventory to find the right car, then shop around. You will likely find a better deal, often times with a 12/24 month warranty included.
Note: Carmax is supposedly going to refund the amount I paid to transfer a car I was never able to drive let alone see in person.
Service was great! Very accommodating! I called ahead of time and service was super quick. Matthew was so friendly and I look forward to working with him again! He also told me I had a cute baby, which was really sweet!
Start to finish,very good experience.Promp reply to email questions. Condition of car was just as described in ad and pictures were not doctored. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Amazing work the only thing I wish this car had was wear I can move petals and it remember our setting. Thank u if you can figure out why we didn't get the petals that move and the seat that memory because the one we were shown had the petals that move and seat memory.
Somebody ran a red light and totaled my car. I was no looking forward to going to a dealer and buying a new one, but Collin made it so easy. I didn't feel any pressure during the sale at all, and Collin went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable. I even left some items in the rental car that I have and Collin offered to grab them for me from Enterprise the next morning. Ali made the financing easy, and a lot more relaxed than a could have ever imagined. I would 10/10 recommend going to Inskeep and I definitely will be going back when I need a new car!
Bought my Challenger back in February and the team found a way to make everything work on the numbers. Mike also took care of my lease turn in and ensured I was satisfied with my new ride. He did not recommend a test drive until we had a deal figured out, which is unusual and appreciated. Thanks!
We worked with salesperson Nathan. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience easy. We came in a couple of times to look at the SUV we bought. He was patient, professional and answered our questions . We financed part of our purchase with Bill Estes. That was also quick and easy to deal with. Before we left we had one of their staff show us the features and how to use the sync 3 navigation and all of the controls. He was also very helpful. Good experience and would recommend working with Nathan on your car purchase.
Thay took time to answer all questions and was detailed Thay showed me the truck I wanted and not what thay wanted. It about 40 miles one-way to the dealership and I would definitely drive the extra miles for the service I received Great pepolehope to buy my next truck there also
Paul LaGrange helped me a TON with my first car buying experience! He was awesome and so helpful! I had not a lot of knowledge when it comes to buying a car and he helped me so much. I really appreciate everything he did for me.
It was time for me to find a vehicle to purchase so I made my second stop at Gene Lewis Ford. Driving into the place I had seen a vehicle right away I wanted to check out. Pops and I looked around the lot and very soon we was greeted by a gentleman named Paul LaGrange. He was very kind towards my dad and I and was very knowledgeable of the vehicles. I told him what I needed and what I was wanting in a vehicle. Right away he know which vehicles to show us. The one I seen on our way in was one of them. Another vehicle he showed us just so happen to be the vehicle I chose to buy. His information just on the top of his head was very accurate and he quickly allowed us to test drive them. I was very pleased with the vehicles as well as the pricing on them. Right within the range I was hoping for. Randy Smith got me all financed fairly quickly and I am driving very comfortably now. Darla, Steve and Josh went above and beyond on sales/ customer service!!! We closed the place down 2out of 3 visits and they didn’t rush us or seem put out!
We had been looking at Honda’s and were pretty determined that that would be our next car. Luckily for us, the Honda dealership we visited was too worried about closing and just seemed to be ready for us to go! We went into the Hyundai dealership thinking they were closed and we would just compare the Accord to the Sonata. Much to our surprise, they were still open and didn’t rush us or pressure us! It was a Saturday and they encouraged us to take an extended test drive to make sure that was what we liked and to research the ratings and such! We did and when we came back on Monday they were able to locate a model that had all that we wanted with a lower price!! Tuesday we drove our new car home with an extended warranty and gap insurance too! ( we usually never get all that)
Hands down it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!!!
