Justin Ryan was outstanding! He was very personable, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, answering all my questions, treating me as I imagine he would like to be treated.
I got a great car for a fair price and they made it quite easy. I test drove and decided on the car one day and the next day I was able to drive off with the car, complete with title, registration, inspection and a full tank of gas and they took care of my trade-in as well.
I appreciate that Washington Street Motors stands behind their cars with a generous warranty. I am happy to recommend them wholeheartedly and I'll call them first when I buy my next car!
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. I visited Colonial Ford as one of a few Dealerships I went to when I was shopping for a new car. I was introduced to Joe McNamara and this guy really knew his cars! They made the process easy, we worked out a great deal and Joe kept me in the loop the whole time. I drove away in my new car the same day! After looking online, and researching the 2019 Mustangs I called Colonial Ford. After asking for sales, I reached Winston and sheduled a time to come see the Stang. When I arrived, I was greeted by Glenn and found him to be very enthusiastic. It was actually very fun to buy a car like it should be. Dell and Winston made the process easy!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
Service was excellent as usual. Employees were virtuous and helpful.
