When I walked in the show room with Nick Mattingly past a big white pick up truck, I saw a bright red ECKO Sport setting there. It had almost all the things I was wanting in my new vehicle. Nick explained everything possible on the vehicle. My grand daughter was with me and what technical thing I did not understand....she did. He showed me two other similar red ones on the lot and also an Escape. I had planned on looking at an escape for awhile, but comparing it to the ECKO Sport....I new the one on the show room floor was for me. Nick explained everything. Was very patient with me. Answered all my questions. Something I was really dreading turned out completely the opposite. Thanks so much to Nick for getting me through the process.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
This service needed was due to a recall. I had paid to To have this done back in November due to my car not going into gear and rolling back and almost running me over with the door.I had told my car in and had it repaired and found out in August there was now a recall on this problem.The part finally came in and they just completed fixing it with the new improved part even though I had a part put in earlier they were not sure if it was the improved Mechanism so they had to replace it. They are sending me a refund for what I paid in November to get it done and I am just waiting for the check. Zach, the technician that talk to me about the car did a great job taking care of my needs and concerns.
