Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.

I love my car. Comfortable and reliable not to mention a good looking car. Smooth on the road but will get up and go. Perfect for a family car.
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.

This car met all criteria I was looking for: heated seats, black, new, black interior, big screen, and so much more! I am very please with this purchase!
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! Just what I needed. This vehicle has everything in it as my previous vehicle but for a much affordable price. I love the ride, the features have been very useful to me. It is roomy, but not huge. Gas economy for me is great. I would buy another if it is to come available in the future.

what the customer wants. They are very courteous, professional and go out of their

I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! Car meets all of my needs for my commute and personal use. Nice size sedan with plenty of trunk space for traveling as well as having a roomy interior.
I was impressed with the friendliness and the easy of the buying process. I drove 2 1/2 hours to make a deal with them and would recommend this dealer to anyone . My salesman, Mike Laymond , was awesome .

I have been wanting to go back to a car for a few years and the Fusion fit my needs. It is comfortable and easy to drive.
I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.
I cannot say enough about how great my experience was when I leased my new Edge at Avis Ford. I began the process over the internet at the Ford.com website. I received a call from Jason Grose at Avis Ford. He was a pleasure to work with, is very knowlegdable, and absolutely went the extra mile.
