I was in to address a carbon monoxide recall issue, so I'm not sure about the quality of the repair yet. I really was appreciative of the shuttle service since I had to leave my vehicle. Also appreciated the service manager's help.
Recently went to jimmy gray chevrolet for the purchase of a new car which was much needed upon arrival my husband and I had prayed and there was the salesman jeff waiting at the door from there on the Lord started connecting the dots from the time Jeff got my information he took that ball and ran with it he went that extra mile over and beyond also charlie went continuously stayed on it he didn't let go before I knew it I received call if you've been approved music to my ears so I want to thank you guys again Jeff and charlie keep up the awesome work you guys do and thanks again for having my best entrance at heart glory to God. When I took my ranger in for repairs everyone there from Bill at the service desk to Glenn the service tech talked with me about what they would do to analyze the problem . Kept me informed about progress and needed repairs. would go back there again
Provided great customer service. I wanted them to hold the car for 3 days (1 day they were closed) for me to pay cash for the car. At first they said no and then I said, "I've owned a Ford since 1996 Explorer and 2007 Ford Escape. I am sure another dealer would be happy to hold a car. The manager stated, you are that passionate about owning this Escape, "It's yours"
I had a very pleasant experience shopping with Homer Skelton. This was my first purchase, and from the time called to check the availability of a vehicle to completion of the purchase, everyone there was wonderful to deal with. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.
