We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

Purchased a new vehicle (An Escape) Looking for and purchasing was not a problem. Everything has been great, Went in at 8:00am, Home by 3:00pm with my new Escape. It’s about time for my first oil change, so customer service, I don’t know yet.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Was looking to add a new truck to my business, knew what I wanted & sent my requests out. After talking to what seemed like 50 dealers, I gave up & passed along the search to my dad. My wife put in a lead and less than 5 minutes later she called me at work and said its waiting out front for us lets go check it out! So we get up to Bommarito and it was sitting backed in right up front. We drove it , loved it and when we sat down with Justin he had all his ducks in a row from the Carfax to the bank value of the vehicle so we didnt have to do the back and fourth thing. Financed it and were in and out in less than an hour.

Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. Don Kraus was the service adviser that handled my work order and he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and courteous; he kept me informed on the progress of the job and offered a rental car when it was determined that the job would take over a day to complete. My car has been running great since I brought it in and that's much appreciated!
