Kenny Baker was an absolute pleasure to work with at Helfman Ford. We didn't know exactly what we wanted other than an F150. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable about the F150 and took the time to educate us on the different trim levels and optional features. My wife uses a wheelchair and we explained our plan for her to be driving the F150 with special handicapped modifications. Kenny took the time to understand how that would affect our vehicle purchase. Kenny was considerate of my wife’s disability and brought several F150 examples to the front lot. We got inside them, and Kenny explained the differences between each example, so my wife could see them and compare. This helped us to make the best purchase decision for us. Once we settled on the F150 we wanted Kenny offered an excellent sale price that we immediately accepted. After the financing was finished Kenny introduced us to our new F150 and again demonstrated our trucks specific features and optional settings. We can't say enough about how happy we are with Kenny’s professionalism and the sales experience. My wife and I are in our 50s and we have bought quite a few vehicles through the years. Today I was personally with you today in the morning earlier, my FORD FOCUS 2014 car, with a problem of shift and clutch(manufacturing defect), is at your dealership. I need to know of a deadline. I am studying here in the United States and I can not afford to rent a car anymore. I've missed class today. Help me for God's sake. It's been a week since my car is with you. And every day I hear it's ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes.

Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. The last 3 cars I have purchased have been from Car Max because I knew no matter the gender of the buyer, we would pay the same price. Sadly they did not have the year and model I was looking for. I went into a Ford dealership closer to my home and once I figured out that they wee attempting to play numbers games with me I walked out. The following week I went to Mac Haik Ford and met Mr Ellis Joubert. He was honest and understanding from the beginning to the end. He was able to locate the model and color I wanted and I got it at a fair price (I had done my homework on the internet prior to stepping foot in any dealership). I would highly recommend him to anyone that hates dealing with car sales people and the games that they play. Thank you so much Mr. Ellis, I love her!

Overall 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 stars only because I dropped off my car at 9:45am for a 10am apt. Had some errands to run and asked if they could wash it once oil change was complete since i was in no hurry, (remember -I was dropping it off). I got a call back about 2pm that it was ready but we were still running errands, I asked what time they closed. I was told 5pm but to be there by 4:30. We arrived at 4pm and after letting the counter person know i was there for my car they realized it hadn't been washed so they said it would be a quick 5 minute wash, I waited approximately 20 minutes! Not a big deal but my car was ready at 2pm and you waited until i arrived to go wash it??? So not really a big deal but just wished it would have been done before i arrived but in the end it was a free car wash. Gave the facilities 3 stars because major renovation is occurring but I'm sure once it's all complete it will be great. So overall 4 stars.
The worst part was they had to get my truck from another dealership in Corpus and so I really felt pressured into signing and I had not even actually seen the truck but from a picture so then they told me it would be delivered the next day(Wednesday) and all I had to do was come in look at it give my keys up and take the new (paperwork signed) but the truck did not get delivered and was told it would be there in the morning(Thursday) but again it did not show and the sales person informed me the driver was minutes away on the Beltway at 2:30 PM so I showed up about 3:30 or 4:00 and still know truck and the sales person even showed me the texts from the delivery company and even the delivery company boss said she had know control over the driver (ridiculous)but the truck did finally show up about 5:30 or I really did not like driving my truck around for an extra couple days because someone almost ran in to me and I don`t think you would have given me $25000.00 for a wrecked truck on otherwise the sales person was helpful and courteous.
Went in for information about a used car but walked out with a better deal and a brand new car instead! They were very helpful
