Excellent service department

I bought a 16 Fusion as a demo model. It???s been a good little car so far. Have less than 25,000 miles right now. I???ve taken this car back to the dealership for every oil change/tire rotation. I had an issue arise with the throttle body...electronic components failed. It happens. Allen was very helpful in getting me set up with Ford Roadside assistance and I had the car towed to him. That was on a Monday. By Thursday afternoon, he had called and told me it was ready to pick up. Thankfully they had one in stock. Was a warranty item so I was not charged for the replacement. Nor was I charged for the tow bill. Allen was very professional, helpful, and courteous. That means a lot when you are having vehicle problems. The one thing I would caution the dealership about is this: They did not have any loaner vehicles available. It was not an issue for me because I have a spare car. However, many do not and that could affect their ability to get to work, pick up kids, etc. Overall, I am glad I bought this car from McLarty. The service department is rebuilding and repairing my faith and trust in service departments. No pun intended. LOL!
