I started the process of researching the 2018 Navigator November of 2017 at the request of my Service Professional, Jason Kubica who was currently taking care of my service needs on my 2015 Navigator. He was talking up the recent remodel, and introduced me to Xavier Echendu in Sales. Xavier has been working with, and I can only describe as tolerating my indecisiveness since I kept changing my mind about the trim level and color of the vehicle, my constantly stopping by to see if we could turn in our 2015 without negative equity, checking on current residual rates, and seeing if there was anything on the lot or if we should order. Xaviers patience is limitless it seems, he was a pro through and through, and was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle. We finally ordered a vehicle which was scheduled for delivery July 20th. When I stopped by to check on it and try to get the paperwork started, I lived up to my true indecisions, spontaneity, and wanting to keep Xavier on his toes, I purchased the unit in the showroom instead. True to form, when I asked Xavier about that particular unit and if it was a hassle to run the numbers on it his reply was "No problem, give me a minute to check". Again.....a true professional! The entire group, even those not involved with my purchase were incredibly friendly and helpful.
