Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Also, I had scheduled this work for Monday (Nov 26), but ???somebody??? put the wrong date in the computer. To be fair, you rescheduled this appt. for 2 days later.
Not only does our dealer service all our cars, they give us good prices on tires. You may find them a bit cheaper somewhere else, but not with the back up help our dealer gives us over the life of the tires.

I generally equate visiting car dealerships with having teeth pulled without novocaine. These guys don't make it feel that way at all. Ben was very polite and helpful as well as being fun to work with. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied. I got a great deal and a car I'm very happy with. The finance department was helpful and got me out the door in a timely fashion. It was an overall great experience and I recommend this dealership highly.

Matt Smith went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family after our car was totaled. We live in KC and he was available for any questions even after office hours. He promptly provided pics and all requested info even while looking at cars at other dealerships. After driving to Jeff City to see the car he made sure it was in top condition and everything we wanted was addressed. He had impressive customer service especially for car sales. He made sure we we happy the whole way through and even told us to call if we have any questions about the car or service after we got back home. Gemma was a blazing gun in the financing dept she was very efficient and straightforward without any pressure. I would make the drive again to Jeff City any day.
