Crystal Franks is a true asset to the service department at Mike Shaw Kia! She is quick to respond to my service questions and requests. In addition, she always provides accurate expectations for the time it will take to complete the service.
Met with Crystal once at the dealership. I explained my concerns and told her about a few promises that were promised. Crystal told me she was going to make thing weight and she fulfilled the promises that were given to me in June 2018. The other issue Crystal and Morgan jumped on it and told me they would review the problem with the district manager and get back with me once the holidays pass.

The service department is wonderful and Adam is delightful to work with! He was so considerate of my time and my needs and explained everything in detail. I am very comfortable with Adam???s integrity and knowledge. I???ll only go there from now on. Plus I love my VW Eos!!!
everything went just fine with the service, warranty and service writer. until the next day after I picked up the vehicle and drove it a day.it started to have a engine miss and ck engine light came on. so then I have a code reader hooked it up to the vehicle and came up number 6 cylinder miss fire. so I took cover off engine and found bent lifting eye hitting the coil pack broke. I know the tech working on it would have notice this when he replace the water pump. I then had to buy a new after market coil pack to get the vehicle going again.

I brought my van in for the anual state inspection, the van was taken back within a few minutes and within a reasonable amount of time I had my certificate and my van back. The service department is good and very responsible. The car is clean with no greasy fingerprints on the car or steering wheel.
I went to get service on my 2013 Ford fiesta. I've had some issues w a/c etc. My service tech James has helped me tremendous to get car fixed. I asked his opinion whether I should continue w gettin car fixed or trade in. He thought I should at least see what sales could do referred to Joseph. In a matter of 2 hours I was in a new 2017 Ford focus. Zero down zero interest with a payment only $35more per month. With 5 yr bumper to bumper coverage free maintenance, full payment should my car b totaled. No pressure no stress buying this new car. I will never go anywhere to buy a car except SAMES FORD, THE DEALERSHIP WHO SINCERELY CARES ABOUT GETTING YOU IN A VEHICLE NO MATTER WHAT. THANK YOU JAMES JOSEPH AND FINANCE MANAGER.
