First of all, as an individual who has some handicaps, I very much appreciated that their facility was more handicap friendly than any other dealership I have ever been to. Secondly, the truck that I bought for my son is awesome! He is loving his new Silverado!
I am very happy with my new purchase. While it was not my first option when I started shopping, I ultimately chose this one due to the great shape and overall condition it was in compared to ones that were closer to me.
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!
Salesman Jeff Turner was great finding the right car for our needs. In fact, it had so many more great features than we were originally looking for and now we are so glad we will have these added perks! Bought my Escape in January of 2018. Have had it serviced twice so far. An oil change and an inspection/emissions appt. So far everything is good. They get me in when it's convenient for me and it's done on time.

I contacted Amanda a few days prior to my buying my car, as this was my first dealership car buying experience. She was very quick to respond and answered any questions I had. I came to test drive two cars, and she had them ready for me as soon as I got there. After testing those two out, she was more than willing to help me with any questions or if I wanted to test drive any more cars. We test drove one last car and that ended up being the one I fell in love with. I came back the next day and got everything situated in under an hour.
