We had a collision with a raccoon this past weekend that left our coolant system with a hole in it. We,re from out of town and had the car towed to Ed Shultz Ford. The dealership was closed. I left the contact info/key. First thing monday Derrek called me to assist us. He took care of everything to get our car repaired asap. If I lived in area, I would buy from Ed Shults Ford because of the great service from their employees like Derrek Ames. Derrek made a positive difference in a difficult situation.

Tyler Maeder was my Sales Representative when I recently purchased a new F-150. He was friendly, courteous, and addressed my questions promptly. I was also impressed by my tour of the Service Department. The area appeared neatly organized, and I noted that Warren Midtown Motors has more ASE Certified Technicans than most of the other Ford dealerships in our area. This tells me that training is important to the management team!
As always the staff was very friendly and helpful. I picked up the 2 new tires that were not going to be put on the car at this time earlier in the week. The day of my appointment my other 2 new tires were put on the car and I was able to leave directly from Midtown on my trip.,
Problem with doors not latching after opening after a freezing night. Doors will open going around curve if you are not aware of latching problem.Tailgate will not unlock in cold weather. I understand this is recall but after four times back for same thing is upsetting. Very worried grandchildren will not be protected in an accident. Cost over $14,000. to trade in on new one. Don't want to loose that much money. What is a man to do? I like HUMES FORD of CORRY, disappointed with FORD COMPANY.

Everything was done as promised. E scheduling was simple, car was done when promised. Price was reasonable. Leslie explained the inspection results very thoroughly. They checked a few things for winter that were not part of the inspection.
