Ray.was very efficient and helpful in guiding us through the details of purchasing the car. He and my husband worked through the pricing and we were pleased with the final sale. Pressure tactics were absent - what a pleasure....Salesperson was knowledgeable, dare I say nice??? Much of that ambiance no doubt added to the probability that I would walk out with a new car. 0% financing helped, but also the usual "wiggle room" in negotiating was handled quite well......
