Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.
Had a good experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. I called to ask about more details about the truck before I drove a little over an hour to get there and was pleased to see everything was described completely accurate and not sugar coated.
I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.
I bought my last vehicle from Ben when I lived in PA. I now live 4 hours away and when I needed another vehicle made the trek back to him. The drive is worth it for the ease of buying and quality of vehicles. Dealers around here are too expensive and I saved a lot by driving back home to buy.
I was very please with the entire process and working with Bryan. I originally first saw the car online and contacted them through email. Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!

Was traveleing back from western PA and was 50 miles away when I realized that I needed to have oil changed. So on a lark, I called at 12 noon on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for 2:15 PM. As it turned out, I ended up getting there around 1:15 PM and they took me right away - so no waiting. Also, they advised me that my inspection was due in 2 months and that I may want to have it done. So I did. I checked N/A for QUALITY OF REPAIRS because all I did was an oil change and inspections, so I can't comment on any REAL repair work. However, all together, the service took MAYBE 2 hrs, but they offered me drinks and the waiting area was air conditioned, so it went by quickly. Would definitely recommend.....John Shvetz.
