We called ahead on a Friday, but were not able to make it in before close. We drove over an hour on Saturday to get there really hoping for a good experience and quality car. We were not disappointed!!! The experience start to finish was nothing short of great! Our salesman Skee was off on Saturday when we went in, he came in on his day off to help get us in our new car! From sales to finance and service we were very impressed with the warm greetings (to both us and our children, including a baby!!!!!) and efficiency!! Will be back when hubby is ready for a new pick up!
This makes the 4 or 5 vehicle we have purchased from Spring Valley Ford. Skee Hartmann has bee our sales person for all purchases. When our vehicles need repair he will take our vehicle over and bring it back when repairs are done. Also, he leaves his vehicle for us to drive.

Our sales person was Rose and she took us expertly through the buying process. Car was delivered very clean and we've already put a good 500 miles on it without an issue. The only issue was the car was from Canada and the owners manual was in French. Managed to find a pdf online with English.

Was welcomed by a very nice woman in the front who talked me through the process of their express lane and explained what they would be doing and after 20 minutes she came in and showed me my air filter and explained why it needed to be changed. Wonderful team and an amazing atmosphere!

Very down to Earth people that happened to know quite a few of the same people that I went to school with. The test drive was painless and smooth as was the paperwork and and loan process. Also, I really appreciate that he is not a clock watcher, and stayed over 2 hours past closing time to answer all of our questions, sync my phone to the car, go over all the features offered on the touch monitor, and make sure that I know how to operate and control not only the vehicle but all of the neat extras the vehicle came equipped with! The 2016 Ford F150 purchased is one sweet ride!! This vehicle is a factory sale vehicle: very clean, super low miles, and beyond the best Ford F150 within 100 miles of here!! Trust me, we did our homework before looking at this one. But back to the facts here at hand: Tony is absolutely the best salesman I have ever met, hands down!!! And the GM, Elias, is just as awesome!!! : ) Like the title of this review. BEYOND AWESOMENESS from start to finish.
