I used the web portal to make an appointment. I chose what appeared on the screen and added main issue for vehicle service needed. When I arrived for service, it could not be completed, for I chose oil change. However, I did include the additional item for vehicle service. I had to bring the vehicle back. The service employees were accommodating and topped off the necessary fluid that was low. The website for service appointment needs to be revisited, so it reflects what, I as the customer, need to be serviced.
We just leased a new Buck Envision. Each department was very attentive , knowledgeable, and thorough as we moved though the process of leasing our car. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Eric Von Schledorn as the place to purchase a new car.
Code viewed on dash engine was missing turned off restarted ran fine reported to dealership and they corrected problem in wiring under warranty same day no appointment was required and waited for repairs at dealership

Was looking for a specific car for my son and found what I needed at Hiller. Our salesperson Terry was very helpful and straightforward. A couple issues developed right after the sale and Terry had a loaner waiting and had the repairs done quickly. It had been a while since buying a car from a dealer and am very pleased with the experience at Hiller, especially Terry.

I'm very happy with these first line folks that really care about the customer, they are always professional and polite and Hiller Ford is lucky to have them..
The staff was extremely helpful and took care of me. Caitlyn was great and made the process easy. I called on Thursday and they had the truck I was looking for there on Friday. Thanks Van Horn staff !
